I ordered the cheese chicken hoagie — a flavor-packed masterpiece that instantly brought back memories of the Philly Cheesesteak. Every bite showed the care that went into crafting it: perfectly toasted sesame bread, tender grilled chicken, and crisp onions and veggies layered in harmony. The team behind the counter welcomed me like an old friend, and their pride in what they serve shines through. For just $10, paired with a cold can of Fanta, it was the perfect fix for my Philadelphia nostalgia.
Thank you, Jeff, for a delicious meal and genuine hospitality at your Columbia Waterloo Pizza & Subs.

Hidden gem✨️! I used to eat here almost every day when I worked nearby, so I had to come back for a few slices. The slices are cheap and the pizza is just as good as I remember! It’s an even better value if you buy a whole pizza. Definitely worth stopping by!

Really good. Seems a bit pricey for a place attached to the gas station. The pizza slices under the lamp are reliable though. I got the spinach pie dinner. It was fantastic. Greek salad was really good. I thought it was a bit carb heavy with the garlic bread though, would be nice to have options there

I order often. Cheese steak is always a winner. The salads are always fresh. Burgers, spaghetti, western fries, wraps, mozzarella sticks, Supreme pizza - everything is always delivered quickly, piping hot or appropriately cold and delicious. In ten years I have never had an issue with an order. All the staff are reliable, friendly and wonderful. You are missing out if you don't order now.

I usually give good reviews here, but today I was very disappointed. The pizza I ordered didn't seem fresh at all. It looked very much like it had been sitting for a very long ring. Either that or it was reheated from the previous day. It was very dry, lacked flavor with hardly any cheese on it, the pepperoni was burnt plus it was overcooked. I know when a pizza was made fresh and this definitely was not. I was so disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Been coming here for a long time. This place has absolutely gone downhill for me. Customer service number did offer to make a new pizza, but after the way the guy who I believe to be the Owner, (old, thin, grey beared man) treated me, I was DONE. Im not getting food remade from anyone angry, for fear that they would taint it. He was very mean, aggressive, rude and full of steam and anger. He walked up to the front register extremely mean and rude, complaining, grunting, and yelling at me even before I said a word, yet I remained calm throughout, He refused to be of any help. I thought this place was legit. I always give the up most respect to the staff, by being kind regardless. Even after offering to give my money back I refused, because this guy complained "so badly" for me returning the pizza, he made it as if it was my fault for stepping foot into the store. Again, (let's be clear) lm not blaming the staff, "just him" Just one time I had a complaint for this and I had to catch hell for it, I'm Done!!!
