Great service under the current weather and driving conditions. The recipients of the pizza and salads were very happy. I’ve had pizza from this location and always been pleased. Great chocolate chip cookies are available, too.
After I posted my review, I read some others. I don’t agree with those that discredited the pizza or service. Before, the pandemic started, I used to frequently purchase pizzas here. I never encountered such rudeness as described. Perhaps, I have just not ordered when it was very busy or these “rude” persons were working.

I was told 45 minutes for delivery. After an hour and a half, I called the restaurant and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called back, now two hours later only to hear an employee tell me that the delay is not her fault and she had no idea when the pizza would be delivered because the food is still in there store. I ask for a manager and she hung up. I called back and requested a refund, she said it would take 5-7 days. I will be following up to make sure my card is credited and I will be meeting with the manager. I am a regular customer. Manager's must teach their employees good customer service. I was willing to pick up my food. However, the employee was so nasty on the phone that I did not trust getting food from her.

Pizza was not ready after 45 minutes and nobody bothered to tell me it was made incorrectly and was having to be fixed until my second time asking how much longer until it would be ready. Not a single apology was given. This location has definitely lost my business and I'll be looking for a new go-to pizza place in the area.

This location does NOT care about its service or customers. Do NOT order from this location. Micah, an employee there that identified himself as the manager, was very disrespectful and dishonest in addressing a complaint and honoring a refund—of which he said he could and would—for three pizzas delivered 1.5hrs late, cold and having a dirt nasty taste. Micah said he would give a refund for two of the three pizzas but did NOT. Three days later I informed Micah the refund for two pizzas were not refunded. Days after representing himself to me as a manager, Micah told me “I’m not a manager and you’re not getting a refund now I need to attend to ordering customers.” Micah then refused to provide the General Manager’s information and said “I’m not going to tell you but if you leave a name and number I might pass it on.” I left my contact information nevertheless. The employee, Micah, at this location does NOT understand customer service and integrity. If you want professional customer service, hot and tasty pizza do NOT order here.
