Wonderful experience, our waitress Sammie took great care of us and was engaging and attentive. She even went the extra mile and brought a few extra raspberries for me. The food was top notch as always. I tried the duck and the salmon for the first time and they were both absolutely wonderful. I also highly recommend trying the green goddess as stuffing for the mushroom caps, It is absolutely delicious. We love it to the point where we had our server bring us an extra large bowl as we pretty much demolish the normal portion straight away.

We ate at the bar since the wait time was over an hour. Our bartender who goes by D, was amazing and had a great conversation with him. He was fairly knowledgeable about the food and fondue available at the establishment.
For those who do not know if you go between 5 and 7 their fondues are $5 a piece and this is a great find and makes it reasonably affordable.
Had a great overall experience the manager was extremely kind and we will be returning.

A family member suggested I try the experience of Melting Pot. As a foodie up for the challenge. Decided to grill the food. Was a little harder to cook but food was seasoned very well. Ordered the classic 4 course (cheese, salad, entree, and dessert). What really made me melt was the dessert. White chocolate and cookie butter - scandalously delicious. Definitely going back to cook in the pot. Drawback is kind of pricey but it is worth every penny.

First let me say that I hope my words can really do justice to the amazing experience that was dinner at the Melting Pot.
Had only been to the location once before and so was a bit unfamiliar with how things went. Found out that recently the menu had undergone changes. Called ahead about my reservation and to get a few questions answered. The owner answered the phone and couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered every question with kindness and professionalism.
Arrived about 15 minutes late for my reservation, and they were still willing and able to accommodate me and my guest. We were there celebrating an anniversary. Our waitress Sammie really enriched the entire dining experience. She was kind, knowledgeable about the menu options and styles, making us feel right at home. Periodically checking on us to make sure things were going well and working to accommodate us in any way possible. Even the owner checked in a few different times. The restaurant offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for dining and celebrating the occasion.
We opted to do the four-course meal option, with a bottle of wine, the Beringer White Zinfandel. After opting out of the first course (a choice of salads), the second course, Wisconsin cheddar blend with fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, was delicious and quickly devoured. Next came the third course a combination of Filet Mignon, Salmon, Chicken and Pasta cooked in the Mojo style was a flavor explosion and sensation. Finally, the desert course came. Smore’s fondue with white chocolate and delicious marshmallows, cake and fruit.
All and all, an amazing experience. Can’t wait to return for the next outing. If you haven’t experienced Melting Pot yet, I highly recommend the treat for yourself no matter what the occasion.

A bit disappointing. I’ve been to various melting pot locations and this one does not live up to expectations. Food was good, but not great. Service was sub-par. Overall was not quite worth the price.
TLDR: I come to the melting pot expecting it to be great. This location was “fair” to “good”, not “great.”
