Our table ordered grilled crusted salmon, grilled salmon, fettuccine Alfred. All of the dishes were absolutely incredible. The bread brought to the table is unbelievable, and of course cheesecake 😳wow. The ambience was perfect for four friends to get together and enjoy a meal. Our server Esther was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and was very helpful with questions and suggestions from the menu. Thank you Esther. I recommend you check this place out and enjoy food, fellowship and a relaxing meal.

We came for Sunday brunch. Cheesecake opens bright and early at 10am. We were immediately greeted and seated. A thoughtful gentleman at the front held the door for us because I had a stroller. My husband got a couple espresso martinis, and I got their iced mango smoothie. Both were phenomenal. In terms of food my husband got chicken and waffles. They were okay, nothing to ride home about. I was pondering pancakes or French toast. I noticed the French toast was made with French bread though… (the bread they give complimentary). So that turned me away. Our waitress recommend the kids French toast as it’s regular brioche bread. She was able to tell the chef to jazz it up with some fruit and powdered sugar. It was delicious. It came with bacon and I added a side of the home fries. Our service was fast, the food was warm/fresh, and the atmosphere was very chill for a Sunday morning. Every fall we come for brunch while my hubby does the football draft. We will definitely be back.

Visited The Cheesecake Factory in Columbia Maryland with my mom and sister today. It was a terrible experience. It started off good, upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess and seated at a booth quickly. The first problem was the silverware was on the bare table plain without being wrapped in any napkins. After 10 minutes the server greeted us and asked if we would like to get started with drinks. We ordered two cappuccinos and a plain lemonade to start. Our server brought our drinks and then she hurried to the booth seated right behind us. Not a big deal until she began to ignore us and favor the party at that table. Another 10 minutes later she arrived with drinks and bread for the booth behind us. She then came to our table with bread as an afterthought and proceeded to ask if we were ready to order. We placed an order for spicy buffalo blast and nachos for appetizers and chicken and waffles and breakfast burrito for the entrees. The appetizers arrived after 15 minutes but the spicy buffalo blast were undercooked and half done. We alerted her and she took the plate back to the kitchen. She didn’t even ask if we still wanted it or not. I went to take a sip of my lemonade and noticed my glass was cracked badly. I immediately alerted her and she seemed to have an attitude and did not apologize for the cracked glass or the undercooked food. We canceled the rest of our food order and requested a receipt. In which, she charged us full price for my drink, although I didn't drink it because of the cracked glass. I will never return to this location ever again. Poor customer service, unapologetic servers for the restaurants mistakes, and poor quality food. The only good thing was the brown bread and my sister and mom enjoyed their cappuccinos. What a horrible experience.

Let me save y’all the pain I went through: The Cheesecake Factory in Columbia, Maryland is a culinary catfish. I pulled up expecting flavor and left with a mouthful of disappointment and a 40-minute wait time for dry, flavorless slop. I ordered the Jamaican-style shrimp with rice and beans, thinking I was about to get hit with some bold Caribbean fire. Instead, I got Sahara-seasoned shrimp, dry rice, and black beans that tasted like they took a nap on the stove. Zero spice. Zero sauce. Zero soul. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse — the Thai fried noodles came out. DRY AGAIN. No flavor. No moisture. It was like chewing regret. What I got looked like it was cooked during a drought and seasoned with regret. The rice? Dry like it came from the Sahara. The beans? Bland and lifeless like they fell asleep in the pot. The shrimp? They had the nerve to call it “Jamaican” when it tasted more like it got scared of spice and took the next flight to Nebraska. 40 minutes for food that tasted like it had been sitting in the witness protection program. Bland. Disrespectful. Absolutely not worth the time or money. Cheesecake Factory Columbia, this ain’t it. This is the first time I've ordered takeout and it is the last. I dine-in here a couple times a month, your takeout is a complete disaster. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to dine in all the time, and for yall to serve this trash is diabolical. Final Rating: 1 star for the shrimp existing and cut in half. Serving two shrimp sliced in half to make it look like it's four. . -5 stars for how they tasted. Pure trash. Would I recommend? Only if you’re into disappointment and dry food therapy. Let me be crystal clear — if you’re thinking about pulling up to the Cheesecake Factory in Columbia, Maryland, just go ahead and save your time, your money, and your taste buds the trauma. ****The absolute worst. Just to think that I let my mother’s early to rush here for this trash. And the tall slim guy behind the counter had an attitude. Telling me to go see the other lady about picking up my order. I mean, he was just standing around looking simple. Attitude and bad food is NEVER good. As many times as I come here, this was the horrible.
