The doors were locked when we arrived for our scheduled appt. An older man unlocked it for us and talked to us for until 1 out of 2 therapists showed up 30 mins late. The couples massage then turned into a one at a time massage, so we left.

The facility is not a spa. Nothing about it resembled spa and relaxation. It's an outdated building that does not match the pictures online. My husband and i called to schedule a couples massage. When we got there we were told that the director, Janine, could do us back to back bc whoever made our appointment was new and they didn't have 2 technicians. She ended up calling one of the instructors to assist. The room was too bright, the carpet on the floor was old and dingy, and the bedding was old and mismatched. I couldn't enjoy the massage if I tried. It was not relaxing. I've had better at a massage school. Definitely not worth your time or money!

I booked a massage through ClassPass… should have read the reviews first. Arrived for my appointment and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. The building literally looks defunct.

Very unprofessional!
My appointment was at 9:00 AM and I arrived 15 minutes early because I knew that I had to fill out a form. Spa Central was still closed even though on the door was a sign that said, “Open Daily 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM”.
For 15 minutes I kept calling on the phone, knocking loudly, and using the intercom. Frustrated, I was about to leave when she arrived at 9:03 AM. All she said was, “I’m sorry.” She looked disheveled, with crumbs on her clothes (pajamas?) and both shoes untied.
This was the director of Spa Central? I chose her because I mistakenly thought I would get the best service for my first massage at Spa Central.
I was so turned off and ready to walk away, but I was afraid that I would be charged the full $100 that I stayed for the massage. I was still feeling frustrated that I was tense during the massage and did not fully enjoy it.
Kudos to those of you who experienced a better service from the director of Spa Central. Unfortunately I was not one of you and I would not recommend her to anyone.

I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough! I wish I could choose 10! I was introduced to this spa at a very painful time during my surgery recovery and it literally changed my life! The professionalism is top notch! They know their stuff! The flexibility is even better! With so much pain at times I couldn’t make it but was able to have accommodations made so that I could still have my lymphatic massages to help during my recovery, which were mandatory might I add! Had it not been for Janine, and Spa Central I don’t think I could’ve made It day to day in all the pain I was having. I’d walk into Spa Central limping, sore, stiff and uncomfortable but I’d leave out, walking, extremely comfortable, PAIN FREE and feeling like a brand new person! For me, Spa Central will be remembered as the place who played an intricate and NECESSARY part of my life changing surgery and helped me heal and recover at my best! I’d recommend them to ANYONE, facing any kind of discomfort, healing from a surgery or simply wanting to treat themselves to a moment of pure relaxation and comfort! I love Spa Central if I haven’t already made that clear enough! Lol!!
