I found this spa while passing the shopping center, and now that I have gotten my service I can say that this place is a hidden gem! Sheila did my waxing and she had such a soft hand! She was so sweet and pleasant to work with. On top of that they offer super reasonable prices. Definitely recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON
I bought a Brazilian wax coupon from Groupon. I tried to reach a staff member for a entire week. I left multiple e-mails, and No one ever called me back. I decided to drive to their office and no one was there. I ended up getting a refund from Groupon and booking with a different company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR time with this place. They have awful customer service, so I can only imagine how the actual service would be!

Got a Brazilian wax done at this location using a Groupon today. Called and left a message. Got a call the next day to schedule. Location is easy to find. Space was clean and well organized. Sheila was amazing! She talked me through the entire process, gave me time to recoup, was very thorough and nurturing AND gave me cold water after to recover 😅. I will definitely be back as this was a great experience.

I stood outside for an hour because online it says it opens at 11 but on the website and door it says it opens at 10am. They wasted my time and Groupon experience. I am extremely displeased. They did not answer their phone nor have visual cues they would not be in. A huge disappointment.
