Got a Brazilian wax done at this location using a Groupon today. Called and left a message. Got a call the next day to schedule. Location is easy to find. Space was clean and well organized. Sheila was amazing! She talked me through the entire process, gave me time to recoup, was very thorough and nurturing AND gave me cold water after to recover đ . I will definitely be back as this was a great experience.

I stood outside for an hour because online it says it opens at 11 but on the website and door it says it opens at 10am. They wasted my time and Groupon experience. I am extremely displeased. They did not answer their phone nor have visual cues they would not be in. A huge disappointment.

DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON
I bought a Brazilian wax coupon from Groupon. I tried to reach a staff member for a entire week. I left multiple e-mails, and No one ever called me back. I decided to drive to their office and no one was there. I ended up getting a refund from Groupon and booking with a different company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR time with this place. They have awful customer service, so I can only imagine how the actual service would be!

Had a bad experience and scary. There was just one guy there and didn't feel like a spa. I asked for a female masseuse but he said she had gone out for lunch or something. I had a bad headache n I needed a massage. It was the worst massage experience and I didn't get a good feeling with that place and the whole experience at all. That was my first and last time there

I booked this place for a bikini wax and called the next day to make an appointment but no one answered I figured it was âPresidentsâ Dayâ maybe their closed. I probably called 3 or 5 times and left a voicemail so someone can call me back to book. Someone one finally called back later in the afternoon, she didnât tell me her name but she took my Groupon number and scheduled me for today 2/22/23 at 1:30 pm. I arrived 10 minutes early I called to see if anyone would take me a little earlier, I went up to the suite No one answered and the door was locked. I called a few more times the first time the phone ring all the way through then it went straight to a busy line. The person next door came outside and âI donât know their hours you might want to callâ I told her I been calling by this time itâs 1:30 which is my scheduled appointment time no one came to the door, answered the phone called me back nothing. I waited outside in the cold for a little over 15 minutes. I would not ever waste my time going back and the area looked a little suspicious. It was very unprofessional and rude to not be there for your scheduled appointment nor answer the door or call. I wouldnât recommend this place at all.
