Alison is absolutely the best massage I have had. Other than her charming personality she is amazingly skilled at assessing needs and adjusting techniques. Completely recommend.

I was booked a massage and pedicure here for
Mother’s Day. They called two days before Mother's Day to tell me that the massage would be shortened by 30 minutes because the massage therapist needed a break. No real sense that they cared they were failing to honor the reservation made weeks ago and ruining the surprise of the gift in calling me. They made zero attempts to make it right, just rude indifference. We cancelled all appointments and booked with a different business who was friendly and hospitable (lucky we could find her with the short notice they gave us before a holiday). I won’t book or recommend this spot to anyone. Hospitality and honoring your reservations is essential to building a customer base.

Serenity Day Spas truly lives up to its name! They offer an impressive variety of services, making it easy to find exactly what you need to relax and rejuvenate. The facility is spotless, which immediately puts you at ease and adds to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring every visit is a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

Serenity is a wonderful full-service day spa! All service providers are licensed and very knowledgable. The Serenity Room, a cozy waiting room with blankets, books, and refreshments, is a great place to relax before, after, and in between services!

I love Serenity Day Spa! I love how relaxing I feel when I'm there. Ciara and her staff are amazing. I had the most amazing massage from Dain. Dain's hands are a miracle worker. love having the convenience of having Serenity Day Spa right up stairs from my gym One Life Fitness in Old Town. I would suggest to ALL my fellow OLF members to take advantage of our discount. Excellent Spa service with discount perks! I love it! I definitely have a new massage theraptist! Keep up the good work Serenity Day Spa!
