We had S & L A/C and Heating out to our house to assist us with installing a new Honeywell Home thermostat we purchased. Our ordered Honeywell was starting to malfunction. Being that I had never installed a thermostat before, I contacted them for assistance. Their staff were a pleasure to work with from scheduling a day/time all the way through the appointment itself. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend their services.

Stephen and the S&L team did a great job replacing our 18 year old system throughout the process. The quotes for the replacement options were clear and transparent. We opted for an upgrade and have been very pleased with the cooling performance, the humidity management feature, a significant reduction in noise level and the ability to control remotely via our phone. They also followed up to see how the system was working. We highly recommend them!

Stephen & Team are simply the best. They are able to be reached quickly for service (esp with emergencies!) and are detailed in their proof of work. I also appreciate their fair prices. Stephen is great with tenants as we mostly work with him on rental properties. I'd highly recommend!

Don't waste your time with this company. I had an appointment with them today. My original appointment time frame was from 9am to 11am. I received a call from their scheduling technician at 9:49, stating the technician was running behind. She then asked to push back the time to 11am to 1pm. I informed her that I had another obligation at that time the technician needed to be here by 11. The technician showed up at 11:50. He was unequppied to properly assess the issue. He informed me that the other technician had the electrical gauge that was needed to properly identify the problem and that he was on his way. When I asked how long it would take for him to arrive, he said, "25 to 30 mins." What a waste of time. He tried to reschedule for the following day, and I said no thanks. Why bother to send someone out who doesn't have the equipment??? He was also attempting to give a false diagnosis by saying the coil may have a leak and need to be replaced. Yeah, it sounds like he was alluding to unnecessary work and a big bill. I'll pass...
I also noticed this company is listed twice on Google, but they are one of the same.

When our A/C unit stopped working during the hottest week of the year, I called S&L for an after-hours service call. Fortunately Alex, a service technician, was willing to come take a look and he was able to make several minor repairs that got the unit working in no time. Despite his desire to get home for the evening, he explained to me the steps he took while he diagnosed and fixed the problems. He was extremely competent and very kind.
