Horrible. Got raw boneless chicken wings. I mean raw. When I took them back the girls informed me there was no manager there. The day before the refrigerator was out. They are still cooking and serving food that is not safe. This is serious. Some one can die from this. This isn’t the first problem I have had with this location. But it will be the last. Please be careful eating here.

I have to say I never received a raw pizza for delivery before. My son wouldn't eat it and I thought he was exaggerating..but yep.. it was just raw dough pizza $45 down the drain for 2 $12 pizzas and a brownie. Make it make sense. And it was supposed to be vegi pizzas. Somehow they sent just jalapeños on half. I'm flabbergasted.

Took me twice to walk in to get service but cashier was nice . I asked for well done and it looks and tastes bland/nasty … not to mention it still very doughy . I was in no rush so I’m confused. also these Cinnabons …. There’s more icing then buns

I ordered a supreme pizza and it was missing half the toppings. I ordered online and it was delivered. However, if they realized they did not have the right toppings while making it, they should’ve called so I could’ve changed my order. They also put way too many onions on the pizza. We had to throw some of it away. It was disappointing.

Utter ridiculous. I ordered on line. Was not notified that it was contracted to Door Dash. I ordered my food at 4:20 pm. Was suppose to arrive at 5:15 at the latest. Food arrived at 6:10. And my beverage was missing. The dasher said he never received it. I called the store, the shift leader said he put it out but notified the dasher didn’t grab it. He said he was so busy and didn’t have a driver. Continued to explain how overwhelmed he was but only offered for me to contact door dash to get a refund or my beverage. While I was on the phone with DD she was talking to another Pizza Hut store. That rep was incredibly rude and hung up on her. We finally got in contact with the Odenton store and the shift leader was still overwhelmed. Continuously put us on hold. Refused to confirm that the DD ticket was received because he said he was too busy. Just chaos. Never received my beverage btw. And will never return as a PH customer since I witness that they do not hire professional staff anywhere in the US and they don’t provide customer service professional development for them. Shame on you. You can do better.
