Only one guy working there. Came to pick up an order and after waiting for 10 mins the guy said he was waiting 20 mins before I even got there. Left to pick up chic fil a for my family and when I got back the dude was still waiting for his door dash. Pizza Hut out pizza’d themselves.

I arrived early to pick up my pizza and saw the cook drop my pizza on the floor. I did not say anything initially hoping he would let me know the mistake and tell me it would be a few minutes to remake the pizza. Instead it was passed off as totally normal and they handed me the pizza order. When I confronted the worker they denied it and when they got the manager in charge he did not talk to the cook and did not believe me. I asked him again to walk back and ask the truth. Upon walking back up to the front of the store the manager said nothing and just gave me a full refund with no explanation or apology. Needless to say I am more disappointed in the lie and continuing to cover it up instead of taking responsibility. As a frequent customer at this location I must say I will never go back.

Typically, this Pizza Hut does a fantastic job but today my family and I were very disappointed with our order. We tend to try the promotions and today it was the New York Style pizza. This pizza was overcooked as it was dried and hard. It was so dried out, the cheese was brown and the pepperoni was dried out. My family normally eat pizza crusts but not today. This just wasn't a good pizza. Very disappointed!

Review is based on two previous visits over the past six months. Most recent visit being 6/10/23.
Each time that I’ve been to this Pizza Hut they have had my allergy noted on the pizza box and that’s a HUGE reassurance to attention to detail. The first visit I was advised that there was an additional +5 minute wait to remake my item to accommodate the allergy and I was so happy that for one they noticed and had already taken action to correct the situation. I would recommend this location time and time again. Always fresh, and attentive.

I am usually very complementary in my Google reviews. Typically if I do not have something good to say I don't leave a review. However in this particular case I have no other choice. Our carryout experience was awful. There was such a line for back ordered burnt pizzas that many people left without even getting a refund they waited so long it was so frustrated. I was able to obtain my pizza however it was in terrible shape burnt and barely edible. This franchise location needs to be avoided at all cost. There are many other, better Pizza options in the greater Crofton area.
