Ordered pizza at 9 in the morning online to be ready for pick up at 6pm. The system didnt work and it wasn’t made when I got there. It was in there but the system didn’t “send it” so they could know to make it. Got a full refund which I’ll take but a better business would also give a gift card. Plus there were people waiting for a hour for their pizzas. Thankfully another pizza place got me my full order of pizza and other items in 15 minutes. Pizza Hut needs to fix their online ordering immediately, be faster, and do better customer service. When stuff like this happens a refund is nice and good but the best businesses who deserve your money also give a gift card for the incredibly inconvenience to you and your family. Especially because I did everything right. Ordering hours in advance. Again thanks for the refund but give a gift card to also make up for your mistake.

Typically, this Pizza Hut does a fantastic job but today my family and I were very disappointed with our order. We tend to try the promotions and today it was the New York Style pizza. This pizza was overcooked as it was dried and hard. It was so dried out, the cheese was brown and the pepperoni was dried out. My family normally eat pizza crusts but not today. This just wasn't a good pizza. Very disappointed!

Pizza was hot and fresh. Great customer service. As we sat there we could smell cigarette smoke. I'm like wow someone must be outside the door for it to be so strong. I then tried to use the bathroom and realized it was locked, but worse it's where the smoke was coming from. I waited 10 minutes hoping to get into the restroom. The person still hadn't come out, so we left and alerted the workers maybe someone needed help in there. We were told it's the Manger who is in the bathroom! Smoking! Isn't it againt the law to smoke inside restaurants? It stuck so bad. It's a beautiful day outside. Why not go smoke outside.
I left with the worst headache.

Only one guy working there. Came to pick up an order and after waiting for 10 mins the guy said he was waiting 20 mins before I even got there. Left to pick up chic fil a for my family and when I got back the dude was still waiting for his door dash. Pizza Hut out pizza’d themselves.
