Management rude and refusing to come to phone but yelling at employee what to say. Food looks tampered with and it’s undercooked but also burnt. Wings came with zero sauce, they came back to replace and the wings were so lightly sauced they were practically still naked. Must be new management. We’ve never had a problem at this location and tonight, they lost loyal consumers because of how nasty that manager was and how the employee was treated.

Staff and delivery driver was good professional and happy vibes. I ordered a delayed or timed delivery order on the website and it didn’t go through at the end with the timed delivery for 715pm. An hour before it was supposed to arrive I received a notfication saying my order was on its way so I called and they took care of it and delayed it for me. When I received my order at 725pm my food was warm but everything is like cardboard. The label on the box sealing it shut says 5:53, so they just kept heating my order for an hour before sending it to me. It’s inedible at this point. Waste of 50$!! Can’t even separate the stuffed crust without the crust ripping off.

This location had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced of an restaurant I have ever ordered from. We ordered two medium pizzas tonight at around 6:20. The tracker said to expect approximately 60 minutes for delivery. At approximately 7:45 it had not arrived so I called the store. I explained the situation and they placed me on hold for the manager, I assume the shift manager for tonight. I say assume because I was left on hold with no information for almost 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and a different woman who identified herself as the manager answered. She was EXTREMELY rude and merely said that she had sent a driver and that if I didn't want the pizza I could refuse the take them and trust that they would process a refund. With a very upset and hungry 5 and 2 year old and it already being nearly 8pm, that wasn't much of a choice. She refused to do anything else and dismissively barked at me that "it's a busy Friday night, deal with it." I was absolutely stunned. After the call ended inbece extremely angry and called back. No answer and the call died. I immediately called back and the same woman answered after the first ring, so I am assuming she ignored my second call. I then asked her for a number for a district or corporate supervisor and she stated she "did not have that information available." I said fine, I would find it for myself but to please give me her name so I could complain and she refused, now saying she did not deal with my complaint and would not be responsible for my call to her supervisor.
I sincerely hope that the store manager sees and responds to this message with their contact information. I am more than willing to amend this review should the manager contact me and address this infuriating incident. This occurred between 6:26 and 8:13pm on Friday June 6, 2025 with a woman who identified herself originally as a manager.

Warning if you order extra sauces. I paid $10 in delivery fees and a good tip to not receive items I ordered. This is the 3rd time I did not receive add on items. Where is the quality control on orders. I paid $2.25 for 3 extra sauces and did not receive them. Food arrived 15 minutes after the latest expected delivery and was obviously old. I saw when the app said it was done cooking and then sat for 45 minutes. I am done with paying exorbitant delivery fees when I tip the delivery person well. I am also done being charged for items I never receive. This is stealing, fraud, and illegal. Good bye Papa Johns. You have lost another customer.
P.S. the Shakaroni is just a pepperoni pizze. I had no extra anything. Waste of mony. Save your money amf order a pepperoni pizza.
