Jessica said she was going he manager and she should be fired. She is trifling telling people a hour wait to pick up a pizza, I can see if I was doing delivery but 1 hour to pick it up just trifling.

Horrible attention, from the night shift, I have arrived up to an hour before closing and it is always closed, they never want to place orders always with a bad attitude, if they do not want to work that they resign and give the opportunity to another

Ordered a thin crust pizza on 10/19. It was the worse I’ve had from them. The toppings were nearly invisible and could barely taste them. I feel they wronged us in our request for extra cheese. And for some reason, they stopped using sauce. The pizza was cold and dry and took a hour to arrive; I am less than 10 minutes from the store. That pizza should have been hot, I won’t make the mistake of ordering papa John’s pizza again. 🤢🤮

The service is very bad; when you order online, they charge you for things they never send you. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life.

At first I thought it was a mistake but they allowed this to be delivered, its supposed to look flat and pie-like but its just a bunch of crumbles.. I also ordered the chicken parmesean bites and the marinara sauce was spilled everywhere.
