I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. Other people arrived after me, ordered, and that took 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. It's not fair. I asked for a refund, then went to Little Ceaser, and they didn't even wait for me for a minute. When they already had the pizza, I don't recommend going to Papa John's, especially if you're Hispanic.

Food came hot and fresh taste was wonderful delivery driver was kind. All around would definitely order again from new Carrollton papa johns

At first I thought it was a mistake but they allowed this to be delivered, its supposed to look flat and pie-like but its just a bunch of crumbles.. I also ordered the chicken parmesean bites and the marinara sauce was spilled everywhere.

Ordered 35 pizzas online before they opened and they were all ready by 11:45 when I requested. Entire order was correct, hot, and tasty! Great service and they also gave us plates, napkins, cheese and pepper packets.

First time ordering here delivery, you forgot my pepperoni... i asked for extra pepperoni and u charged me for it but its not there...

seeing lots of people viewing, these people corrected it provided u ask nicely. Ask for the guy manager if u have issues with your order.
