Normally have a decent experience at this location. Ordered a pie online. Realized immediately that I selected a whole topping instead of half. I called the location and had to go through the automated portion (which actually tells you that if you want to modify your order or speak to someone press 5) before I could speak with someone. When I finally spoke to an employee I was told that my pizza couldn’t be modified because it was already placed in the oven and that it was my fault that I picked the wrong topping so they would refund me out of courtesy. He was very rude and unprofessional. That’s how you treat customers? No, what you do is offer to remake the pie and swallow the original. Won’t be back.

This Papa Johns(and I have no reason to believe it's different at any other of their stores) uses an off-site call center to take their orders over the phone. We placed an order and went to pick it up and they said they never even received an order from us.
If you care about your business THAT little, that you won't even hire enough employees to be able to take calls and receive orders, then you are absolutely not a business that deserves money. I'm sick of the customer experience suffering because corporations want to penny-pinch. Enough. Done with this franchise. Buy local.

This is my FIRST review ever in life. I LOVE papa johns and pizza in general. But this place CONSISTENTLY makes horrible pies that shouldn't be served to anyone. The amount of cheese put on my pizza is simply disrespectful. I placed MULTIPLE orders and, well, the pictures speak for themselves. The cheese never makes it to the crust for some reason and there is cheese missing in several places in the middle most of the time. It's frustrating because this place is making me dislike papa johns but I know it's the location. I am surely not the only person experiences this, and unsure why someone hasn't been fired unless the owner is instructing this horrible behavior. Either way.. just close down if you aren't going to provide good service so a different store can deliver to me. I shouldn't have to drive to a different location to avoid this locations deliver. Yes... im frustrated, hence this being my first written review in life. Two thumbs down

I ordered two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. One of the pizzas that I ordered many times before (no cheese no sauce and lots of veggies) came with a smattering of ingredients and a very dry crust (original crust). The total amount of ingredients on this medium size pizza was barely enough to cover two slices (pics attached). The other pizza was supposed have light amount of alfredo sauce but it arrived looking like a huge amount was poured on the pizza but tasted very thin and watery. Also, neither of the pizzas came with any spices.
