I’ve ordered twice from this location (online - delivery) and have not had any issues. I prefer papa John’s over other pizza chain joints like Pizza Hut. Pizza came as estimated on the app, and upon delivery the food was nice and warm, and tasted great. I ordered a pizza, jalapeño papa bites, and wings. Driver was nice.

This location has the WORST pizza in the Papa John’s chain. I’m not sure how this pizza made it pass quality control but it’s the second time that my order was rendered with pizza that were smaller than they are supposed to be as well as the crust being ill shaped. I don’t even have the bandwidth to take the pizza back so I’ll reach out to corporate tomorrow to file a complaint. Just disgusting.

Imagine you or your children nnot eating meat to find pieces of sausages on your pizza smh this papa John’s needs new employees new staff new everything never returning back here smh they don’t care about their customers or the quality of the food

Will mess up your order and only offer you a nasty attitude! No compensation for items ordered and not received. After speaking to the manager I wouldn’t want anyone there cooking my food. For years they have had a bad reputation and now I see why. Never again!

I ordered the pizza online at approx 6 PM. I received a confirmation email at 615 PM. The pizza tracker showed the order route at approx 7 PM. I waited till 745 PM and called the store. pressed the option for the manager and was answered b a woman who was highly upset from probably too many complaints. She was very loud and rude. Told me my order was on the way. I asked if she was sure about that, because if the order was not, I was going to cancel it. her voice got louder and I told her she didn’t need to yell at me. She continued telling me about the store problems. I asked her for her name and she stated she would not give me her name and hung up the phone. I worked 45 years in a customer service industry and that was not the way to retain customers. anyways it took an 1 hour and 50 minutes to receive the cold pizza and Papadillas.
