HORRIBLE. Can we give a minus100 stars. 1.5 hours said they delivered. Nope we have camera's. Said be there in 15 minutes right with cold pizza Oh OK. Still didn't show up. It's now 9:39 and my husband is still trying to get the ordered food. The grandchildren and I don't want it. He's still waiting for the food, we're going to pick up food somewhere else. What a joke.

Employee appeared annoyed that I got there to pick up food. When I got home I discovered they failed to put sauce and cheese in the middle of one pie. And just cheese on the other. Shows a clear lack of quality control.

Placed a delivery order through the store’s website. Received an email confirmation with an estimated delivery in 30 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I still had not received the food. Called the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Then I get an order status update confirming the delivery to my address, but no food was delivered (I even checked with my neighbors!). I finally drove to the store to find a “general manager” with poor manners who offered terrible customer service. I’m still waiting for the refund she said she processed. I understand that systems fail and people make mistakes with orders. But the attitude and poor customer service are truly unacceptable.

Do not order thru call service. Order on line. Pizza was wrong when arrived. Manager sounded annoyed so just hung up. First bite of pizza and there was someone's hair in it. Choose domino's instead.
