Since even as a Panda 🐼 Employee from another branch the crew was fast! I def won’t handle food courts but the food is on time fresh, drinks at the ready maybe finding some seats can be a hassle during my Sunday visit the service is nice! Keep in mind for getting extra points to have the Panda Express App on getting deals for the food like sides, entrees and appetizers!

So there’s nobody in here but me and the servers. Only a couple of reasons to justify this. Great restaurants attract endless diners. I was disappointed but not surprised. Where do I begin?
Big lighted menu that says one thing and then the real truth and price in tiny letters hidden far below. Three items for $10.60 ended up to $5 more. Next: my plate was loaded with onions in lieu of shrimp and beef. Next: rice was below average with tiny hard grains and zero flavor. Next: No utensils just one wobbly plastic fork included in the purchase. They just moved in this location replacing a “so-so” restaurant. Panda will follow suit soon enough. Columbia has far too many mediocre dining facilities for this one to stay in business.

Food tastes as expected. This is the mall location. Plenty of seating but cleanliness varies. They put all napkins, utensils and straws in the bag. May be slightly pricier than standard alone locations . Quick service

I will not be ordering from the Columbia mall location ever again. I place a order on the panda express app for delivery. When I received my order everything was correct no complaints with quality or accuracy. However, after taking a few bits I noticed a piece of black short hair stuck to my steak. I instantly lost my appetite. I did reached out to corporate to file a complaint it's been a few weeks and I'm still waiting for a response.
