I’ve used this company for years and initially had a very positive experience — the owner responded quickly and professionally when I first reached out about an issue.
However, the follow-up was disappointing. The same technician who caused the original problem was sent back, and the quality of the work raised concerns. For example, insulation in the wall area was minimal and appeared insufficient, and there was an attempt to use inappropriate materials (rags) in place of proper insulation. I had to supply insulation myself which he said was much better than what he had. Also he wanted to leave the rags in there cause it would be more insulation! The technician also mentioned he had worked until 3 AM and didn’t really want to be working that day, which was not reassuring. Also an outside hose bib was left uncaulked.
I followed up with the owner to share these concerns and never received a response, despite a second attempt to check in.
In the end, I caulked the hose bib myself. I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or response, especially given my prior experience as a customer.

We love Naumann Plumbing. We've now used them for two separate condos and one house. We ADORE Loki. He's been dispatched to service us every time. He is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and most important, honest. I'd hire him as my own personal plumber if I could. Super thankful for all the hard work he's done on our multiple properties. He's the best!

I scheduled an appointment to have my water filter installed AND drill a hole into my counter top. When they arrived they said they can’t drill the hole and will still charge me $130+ just to tell me they won’t do the job. It was a 3 minute conversation.
The plumber was actually great and I went ahead and just had the filter partially installed.
It would be a 5/5 stars but it felt incredibly dishonest to tell me they can drill the hole to get the appointment and when they get here they bait and switched to still charge me for the hours.
