I ordered a pizza and found a surprise inside, and when I contacted the manager, she said it was just burnt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!
I would give the rating a no star if that was an option. I placed my order through GrubHub, I waited 30 minutes then there was a message that it was extended a delay for delivery. I then get a call from GruHub after waiting an hour or more for them to tell me that Little Caesar gave my food to the wrong driver. Then my order of already waiting a long time was cancelled by Little Caesar. I call Little Caesar at the Greenbelt location and these losers have no sympathy, empathy or nothing but instead lie saying the Grub Hub driver ate my food. First of all if that’s true why did the delivery time change and then to be cancelled. The Greenbelt location is trifling, unorganized, unprofessional and they’re completely confused. All of them need to be fired to get a new staff of people that understands customer service, process and procedures of having a good running business. If it’s not possible to get a new staff the Greenbelt location needs to be shut down. FYI: The purpose of ordering is to eat food not have to wait 3 to 5 business days of after a long wait there no food delivered. “PURE NONSENSE”

Staff friendly but pizza was not worth the stop today. Cheese pizza dry and very little cheese to carry the name most bestest. The pepperoni had major bubbles and dry. So disappointed because we go out of our way to get Little Caesars.

I actually like this place. i like the pizza in general, except the cheap $5 pizza (but its not the worst). So dont go here for that. go here for that Detroit style pizza with the crispy cheese crust. Also as far as the staff,
given that its a budget pizza place and the general neighborhood and other Little Ceasars ive gone to, the staff herr has always been fast, friendly, and helpful. I've rarely gone and they didn't have their "Hot n Ready" stuff, hot and ready. And the place is relatively clean. Lunch Combo is by far the best deal. Also, just tried their new stuffed crust and it's tasty.

Food was hot and ready, as promised. Pizza puffs are pretty tasty. First time ever trying them, and won’t be the last.
