Daughter stopped by Ledo Pizza on Route 197 in Bowie and we enjoyed the classic thin, square-cut pizza Ledo’s is known for: Fresh flavors, crispy crust, and a solid option when you’re craving Maryland-style pizza. It’s so good. Always served hot.

I ordered pizza and wings on Friday for my daughter’s birthday party. I was excited to use the curbside option because I had little ones with me and was in a rush. I checked in through the app when I arrived and had already tipped for the curbside service, but no one came out. After waiting about 10 minutes, I went inside and received the food immediately—it appeared to have been sitting on the counter rather than being kept warm.
I then discovered that the wings were missing. I notified the staff and waited another 20 minutes, only to learn that the wing order had never been put in. I ultimately received a refund and was told I could return later for the wings. On top of that, the pizza was missing the hot honey that I paid for.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the combination of no curbside service, missing wings, an additional 20-minute wait, and a missing paid topping made an already busy birthday evening unnecessarily stressful. This experience was such a nightmare that I would rather drive farther to the MLK Highway location next time.

The Bowie location recently gave me a very wrongly made white pizza with very little cheese and wayyyyy too much garlic powder!
I'll try once more before giving up. Ledos is a good system if the standards of the past are maintained.

It's the local place we want to love, but not after the way they treated us tonight. We dropped in on a Monday night to have dinner as a family, and it was super busy. Place was busy, so we know things are going to be moving a little slower. Ok. But we didn't expect to be ignored, and never approached, not once, after receiving our food for any service or any refill. We were in the restaurant for 45 minutes and never had a single drink refill. The waitress who served our table militantly ignored us and avoided eye contact. We finally got her attention to ask for the check which she brought, put on the table and then left without taking the card that my wife immediately set on it to pay our bill. A person can only take so much, so I went to the front to pay the bill at a different register instead of waiting and being ignored any longer. I asked if we could please be checked out there, because we had been ignored at our table and I didn't want to wait any longer. The waitress there began yelling to our server across the restaurant that we were upset and had been ignored and created a huge scene. I never raised my voice, not once. I didn't even raise my voice after she started yelling. The staff chose to rudely create a scene, I guess to try to humiliate us. I will never subject my family to that kind of treatment again. We've had very good experiences at this restaurant in the past, but I guess the moment they decide that they no longer want to be friendly and provide service, you're done.

Usually service at this Ledo’s pizza is fantastic. The staff are on top of everything and very accommodating.
Tonight the waitress refused to check in with our table the entire night once food was delivered. Drinks weren’t refilled once and I received a mean glare when I eventually waved her down to ask for the receipt. Tables around us were being attended to without any fuss or need to wave her down.
When we brought the check to the counter the attendant would not hear it that we were ignored, and yelled across the restaurant to make a scene with the waitress who wasn’t serving us.
There is no excuse for this LACK of service and the disrespect served in its place.
