The gluten free pizza is more like the size of a personal pan pizza and barely fits into a small box. The manager Jessica was unwilling to provide any solutions or good customer service when we have a pay extra money for gluten free pizzas.

I discovered Ledo’s pizza a few months ago and have returned due to their amazing cauliflower crust pizza; only the 8 inch size is offered. The ingredients are tasty; I only get the veggies! The service is consistently friendly, helpful, and very professional. I am a returning customer!

I go into the Ledo’s in Bowie,Md off of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and pay for a 18” pizza. I take my receipt from the gentleman and ask how long. He tells me 15 minutes and I take my seat with my boys. While waiting this Yong black lady, I later find is the manager, tells me that she doesn’t see my transaction and I will need to pay again. I tell her I have paid and show my receipt along with notifications from my phone and bank account app. She says that she must go to the back and see if she can see the transaction some where else. She comes back and ask for the last four of my card number. I give it to her and she goes back. When she comes back she tells me that she cannot see my transaction any where and I will have a pay again to get food which I already paid for. I say that this is not right. She has seen all receipts of the money leaving my account. What she should do is try to figure out the computer issue she is having and give me the food I paid for. She says NO! That’s not how this works. I ask to speak with manager. She says she is the manager. I ask to speak with the franchise owner. She says she doesn’t have one but I can call corporate but they are closed on the weekends, with a smirk on her face. And then she walks away from me. I ask are you walking away from me. She says that she is getting something but I can’t continue to talk. I show the cashier the receipt again and I say this is not right. I tell them that they stole money from me. She then comes back on the phone telling me to leave or she is going to call the police. I tell her that I will call the police because you just stole money from me. I have been coming to Ledos for years and have never been treated like this ever. That manager needs better training or needs to find a new job. I’m sure, with the way she was acting, I was not the first customer to deal with her ignorance. She is a poor representation of your company. I walked out of there with no pizza that I paid for.

Ordered two 18 inches. Seems like you have to request "well-done" for the pizza to be good. The middle was too soft, and it was stuck to the paper. It was worse the next day.

Just ordered food from them yesterday and got food poisoning. Not sure why I keep giving this location a chance being as though there owner has been rude to me as well. This will be the last time I ever go there and recommend someone do to this location.
