Love the food but I'm still trying to figure out why 2 large 1 topping pizza and an order of wings and a 2 liter soda cost $71??

The pizza was great. It seemed you could only take out at the time. I had an issue when ordering wings. I requested all flats and was quoted a $4 additional fee. I declined, and ordered my pizza. I went next door to America's Best, and ordered 5 whole wings. Less money and I had actual wings rather than wing pieces. The pizza was great though, my first time having their pizza...I'm a self proclaimed pizza snob, Native New Yorker here, proud to say every pizza does not pass the test, I have thrown slices away. The crust was definitely flaky and good. I will return for the pizza and go next door for my wings.

Not enough sauce on my large pizza. I didn't see any. The crust was "fluffy" not the thin crust I am used to. Toppings were ok. Stick with the thick pepperoni. They have done better.

I like Lido’s pizza and you certainly make it delicious.
I ordered the Greek salad with the sliced lamb meat combination like they do off the spit to make a gyro. The meat was dry as it tasted as though it had been standing and not freshly sliced off the spit. It was so horrible. I had to drive back and return it.

I am a lifetime fan of ledos. I am known by voice (not name) at several locations for decades. I am not happy about the lazy culture that seems to have taken over lately. The original restaurant in Adelphi was open until 11pm every nigh and they would answer the phone until 11pm. Now, we should never expect to speak to anyone after 8:29pm. Why do you advertise closing at 9pm when you actually close at 830? That, to me, seems lazy and a bit arrogant because you're sending the message that you don't need the additional orders you'd get if you answered the phone until 845 at least. Not to mention you never even went back to your pre-COVID hours, and you're just shaving off an additional 30 minutes because you're mediocre now. And i guess that's my problem...the mediocrity that seems to have taken over your business practices. And the IRONY of a company whose motto is "we never cut corners" yet you don't answer the phone after 830 is embarrassing really. If you're open until 8pm, then ANSWER THE PHONE AT 831! I'm so disappointed in you all for this
