I was greeted immediately and offered a menu with coupons for special offers. I ordered the foot long chicken & cheese steak sub for $13.77, and it was bland. I could not taste my fried onions. It had a few diced tomatoes that did not add any flavor, and they only gave me a few pickles. The chicken looked like shredded steak. Overall, I did not enjoy eating it. The place is small, so it is not meant for a family outing.

I ordered Pizza Boli’s through DoorDash and ended up receiving the wrong pizza. I called the store, and while it was a slight inconvenience having to drive there myself after ordering delivery, the staff absolutely made it right. They were professional, understanding, and immediately offered to make me a fresh pizza free of charge while letting me keep the original order as well. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is what matters, and they handled the situation the right way. I really appreciated them taking care of me and making sure I left satisfied.

This place is hit or miss. I have ordered a bunch of times and the past few months have been terrible. Whoever is in the kitchen needs to be fired. My subway was soggy, missing toppings and not toasted as requested. Also, DO NOT ORDER AFTER 6pm. That seems to be when they just stop caring. I can say I won’t be ordering from them anymore. If I do eat at THIS location it would only be bc my father has some at his house.
I recommend going outside of Laurel quality pizza boils.

Hello i just order at 10:35pm im just getting my order at 11:47pm and i live 5mins from the place. customer service sucks. The man was trying to rush us off the phone talking about the driver. Be here 3 minutes then get the food fries was soggy and onion rings was soft chicken fried to hard this my second time order from them and will b my last

Ridiculous experience. Ordered one pizza through Uber Eats — $21 pizza, $28 total after tax, fees, and tip. Out of nowhere, the restaurant tacks on an extra $4.99 with zero explanation. I call to ask why, and the owner starts yelling at me, says he’s “busy cooking,” and hangs up on me — over a legitimate question about a charge on my own order.
My husband had to physically drive to the restaurant just to get an answer, and the explanation he was given was that “Uber doesn’t pay them a delivery fee” — which is not the customer’s problem and doesn’t justify charging me more after the order was already placed and paid for.
If this is how they treat paying customers over $5, I’d hate to see how they handle an actual problem. Uber Eats support was no help either. Avoid.
