We stop by here for a quick bite on our trip and pretty happy with the pizza. Call head or order online before pick up! I ordered a take out pizza, waited 15 minutes for a freshly made one. The crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce was flavorful. The staff were nice and promptly took my order too. I would come again if I was in the area again.

We haven’t been to Grotto’s in a while, but what changes! We started with large chop salad and a regular size meat pizza. I cannot recommend the salad, for a large costing $18 not worth it. I expected the salad we previously had there, this looked like a small. The pizza was good but not $25 good. See attached pics!

Great service and food. There's a separate bar area that's great for watching sports or socializing. The dining area is more laid back but still has plenty of TVs around the perimeter. Wings are excellent...very meaty but cooked through and crispy on the outside. Grotto style pizza has sauce on top of the cheese, which weirds some people out but I think it's alright (and my kids still love it!) Beach fries aren't much too look at but they were perfectly crispy and devoured by my toddler.

Seems a bit understaffed. We are a family of 5, 3 younger (10 and under) kids. My wife's order came with mushrooms instead of onions on her cheesesteak. The chicken tenders came out with our appetizers and also had no sauce, it took 15 minutes to get BBQ sauce for the tenders. Just a pretty lackluster experience this time.
I have had great service at this restaurant previously but it was a couple years ago.

Stopped by to grab a steak salad and some onion rings. The onion rings are on the heavy side and a fairly thick batter. I think this is a personal preference, so I won't be critical of them as I think they were prepared well. For me, just too heavy as I prefer the lighter beer batter rings. I still ate half of them, so consider that a win :-)
The waitress was great and the beer cold and refreshing. The ok part was the steak salad. It's basically a house salad with a fairly small portion of steak that was over cooked for my liking. It didn't have a lot of flavor. The greens and such were fresh with unfortunately for me more onion rings :-)
The place is very nice and I would certainly hang out to watch sports and maybe try a burger or pizza next time but this was not a home run for me.
