Their automated delivery system stinks. I ordered a pizza I never got from the fort mead dominoes in laurel. Still waiting on refund. Manager also not helpful and didn’t care. I move in to a better pizza place not looking back at any Dominoes. Found out their pizza is not that great compared to this new place I deal with now. And you don’t have to argue with a machine!

The people that work here are decent. They were trying they're best pushing out these orders they had 3 people making pizzas and orders and only one man cutting, boxing, and pulling out the oven and organizing the orders. They could have at least put someone over there or slow down and not over burdening the man. Then they're store manager came in and starts trying to help but really just gets in the way. His name is Kush, he was outright rude to me when I came back to get my replacement pasta bowl because they messed it up entirely the first time. I even took pictures and I'll post them. I wouldn't give these things to my dog to eat and the dude had the nerve to say that it was standard there is hardly no sauce in there. I was so outraged I just walked out I didn't know what else to do

Updating my review, but leaving the original below. So I have continued to go to this location for the last 5 months and quality and service kept getting WAY worse. The last time I went one of my pizzas had bbq sauce and regular sauce put on it (only ordered regular). I'm sure they did bbq first and rather than correct the issue, put the other sauce, cheese and ham on top. This not only created a disgusting creation, but almost all the toppings slid off. I contacted the manger and was given a $10 store credit that I would have to call in to use. I went to use it and was told this counted as a coupon, so I couldn't apply the carry out special. This would result in me paying almost the same price AFTER the credit because the discount no longer applied. I clarified this with the worker and got "I guess that's right." So they did nothing to correct the issue. Nope, not coming back.
May 2022...Best tasting pizza I've had in some time. They did forget to cut it though, but I'm not going to complain because it was otherwise a very good deep dish pizza.

I asked for two pizzas and i received one. It was 11.99 per pizza special and i wanted two. Two pizzas. The indian guy, (sorry i dont know his name), blamed me for the mistake when i said two. Insulting me and saying it was my fault that I should’ve spoken up when I saw the incorrect total of 18.00 for the one pizza. Yes maybe I should’ve known but after working 12 hours I just trusted it was two pizzas. He argued back and forth with me so I wrote a review instead of screaming or being rude about this. I was so exhausted and just wanted pizza. Go to papa John’s. NOT DOMINOS!
