The Pizza just did not taste too good. Got three different kinds also, when I went to pick up my Pizza. No, one asked me, can they help me? They just kept on doing what they were doing for about a good 10 minutes, 15, even somebody else walks through the door man comes and say, can I help you? I says, what about me? You forgot about me. I've been standing here. Oh, what's your order, told him 3 pizzas, I saw the cook making my pizzas and put them on the side and he goes to the cook about the pizzas. I said those are my 3 pizzas right there. They're finished and he checked the name and said, oh okay. Meantime, I was in the store for a good 20 minutes, 25 minutes before I got it. And that man was finished with my pizza way before that, they had a lot of people working there. Which was good excellent, but nobody ever came up.And said, can I help you? The pizza's just was not good to me. I didn't like it.

Ordered delivery and it was two hours late! An hour and 45 minutes after calling for 25 minutes, we went down to grab our pizza. as we were explaining this to Matteo the pizza boxer, and he brushed us off, which made the situation worse. We were told that the pizza was on the way and to just go home. To a cold pizza?? With maybe bugs or still not delivered. The manager was ill equipped to deal with the entire situation.

We waited almost an hour for our food that they didn’t even start until I came in 5 mins after it should’ve been done. We received an alert saying food was done and it wasn’t. The guy at the counter told me he didn’t have any control over the app but still did not have the food even prepped to go in the oven. They didn’t offer me a discount or anything due to their inconsistencies or discrepancies. I didn’t even get an apology. I was ready to leave but my kids still wanted their food so being a mom I just stayed. This location needs to get it together.

The people that work here are decent. They were trying they're best pushing out these orders they had 3 people making pizzas and orders and only one man cutting, boxing, and pulling out the oven and organizing the orders. They could have at least put someone over there or slow down and not over burdening the man. Then they're store manager came in and starts trying to help but really just gets in the way. His name is Kush, he was outright rude to me when I came back to get my replacement pasta bowl because they messed it up entirely the first time. I even took pictures and I'll post them. I wouldn't give these things to my dog to eat and the dude had the nerve to say that it was standard there is hardly no sauce in there. I was so outraged I just walked out I didn't know what else to do
