I just ordered my pizza online. Good thing I never paid online. I always paid at the store because this is the second time the cashier give my order to someone else. They need to paid attention to what they doing. The employees here is like they don’t have a manager. Last time the girl that was making the pizza charged me got the cash. and after she went to wash the gloves 🧤 and went to make another pizza. That’s not being clean people can get sick.🤢 I thought they supposed to change their gloves 🧤.

TERRIBLE waste of time
I placed an online order, but I didn’t see the confirmation; my Apple Pay went through. I called to confirm that my order was in the system. I was told my order was there and not to worry. 36 minutes later, I come in I’m told me they don’t have it. I told them about the phone call. The excuse was that they saw it, but it disappeared. disappeared what? Very frustrating

When i arrive to pick up my order the order incorrect and pizza looks dry. The person who picked up their pizza in front of me their order was wrong as well. Only two employees understood what I was saying about my order. I highly recommend DO NOT order pizza from that location which is Greenbelt Road and 62nd Ave. Very Poor.

This is my local dominoes & it’s sad to say the employees working might be poorly trained working customer service. I placed my order & requested a curbside pickup while my husband arrived I searched for the “I’m here” button & it wasn’t there on the app so I called the store only for the girl to say there’s nothing she can do so I kindly asked if someone could just take it outside for my husband she said oh ummm… then hanged up. This is curbside pickup for a reason my husband takes my babies & it’s a hassle to bring everyone inside please work on this.

The pizza dough was practically raw and gooey. It made my stomach upset when i first ate it. I had to practically cook the pizza until the dough was done. The wings were undercooked as well. This was a delivery order. I will not be ordering from this location again. I have never had this issue at the dominoes on annapolis rd. I will be going back to that one because nobody wants raw food.
