I mistakenly ordered the 16 piece wings. I asked for 8 to be honey barbecue and 8 to be buffalo style. I can’t imagine what they were thinking. The wings look like they took them out of a pack of prebreaded wings and drizzled a bit of sauce on them. the breading was awful and the buffalo wings tasted slimy. I would not going to this Dominoes in Lanham for wings. I paid $22 for something that wasn’t edible. I was so disappointed!

We decided to order from this Domino’s after a busy day and we’re hoping for something quick. We placed our order at 6:30 and it’s now 7:46 and we haven’t received our order. We live a few miles down the road. I placed delivery because I have several kids and the baby was already asleep so I couldn’t just load them up to go pick it up myself.
The app says the driver left at 6:56 to deliver our order. I called the restaurant and they said there was an issue and the driver will be here eventually. No apologies. In fact, if anything he sounded annoyed.
Kicking myself for ordering from here. If you want a quick pizza, go to any of the other franchises or places. Don’t order from this place. They will leave you hungry and don’t offer any help.

Your store is HORRIBLE. You have the worst people working there who have 0 customer service and offer NO apologies for delayed/incorrect. I ordered for delivery on July 1st, and it took so long I had to go to the store to pick up my order. They offered no customer service or apologies for it being so delayed or having to get it myself. No offer to refund delivery charge or ANYTHING. I (begrudgingly) ordered again tonight, and as you can see from the pictures and time stamps it again was delayed. I ordered at 6:05. The driver left the store at 6:27. My order was FINALLY delivered at 7:38pm. It was cold, and to top it off….wrong. I don’t know what changed in this store because they used to be absolutely perfect, but whatever it is ONLY order from here IF you want a wrong, cold order that is delivered HOURS after you place your order no matter if it is wrong…..If I could give a negative star…I would.

Horrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could!
The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn’t even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It’s insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued as a customer.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. The driver took forever and kept lying about being at the delivery location and the effrontery to ask me to shut up while he was lying. He eventually showed up and clearly just arrived as to the lies of being at the location when he was not there with zero remorse. I called the store and the manager picked at first to let me know the driver was on the way. I called over and over again to report the driver but no one picked. Clearly the manager and the driver are on the same boat. What a horrible team!
