I mistakenly ordered the 16 piece wings. I asked for 8 to be honey barbecue and 8 to be buffalo style. I can’t imagine what they were thinking. The wings look like they took them out of a pack of prebreaded wings and drizzled a bit of sauce on them. the breading was awful and the buffalo wings tasted slimy. I would not going to this Dominoes in Lanham for wings. I paid $22 for something that wasn’t edible. I was so disappointed!

Pizzas were delivered smashed and the cheese was stuck to the inside lid of the box. I called to complain and the rude “manager” said he could give a refund but wanted the pizzas returned. My kids were hungry and had already started eating them so he said he could just deliver another set. We waited almost an hour and no delivery. I called back again and he answered with an attitude and very unprofessional saying that he never said they would deliver new pizzas and wanted photos which I took. He refused to refund or replace the pizzas. Based on previous reviews, seems like this location is extremely unprofessional and many will not be doing business with them including me.

I usually don’t leave reviews and I’ve had some issues in the past with ordering delivery from here but tonight my driver was the best. I ordered cinnamon twists and when he realized I didn’t have the icing he brought it to my door. It’s the little things because most people dgaf. His names was cyrille I think. Shout out to you man.

Horrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could!
The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn’t even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It’s insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued as a customer.

Terrible! I put in an order with an 11:45 delivery and it’s going to be 45 minutes late! I needed it at a certain time because it’s for a children’s holiday party that started at 12:00. That’s right, there are sad little kids with no pizza right now. The delivery time is actually going up instead of down. I tried to call the store but unfortunately I wasn’t able to understand anything the manager, Mahamat was saying.
