Carlos has come out and helped us twice, once with cleaning AC coils and with repairing the outside AC unit. Both times he was very professional and knowledgeable. He always made sure we were included in the process and looking at the same items he did before he went in and fixed it. He explains everything thoroughly and makes sure to give honest and thoughtful opinions on the matter at hand. Will 100% be calling him again with any AC needs!

Carlos was my tech. Professional to start. Pleasant attitude. Called on a Sunday, decided to wait till Monday. Was a little late but, so is my winning lotto ticket…and such is life. Came out checked the system and made the repairs on the spot. No high balling. Just what needed to be replaced/repaired to get the A/C unit back up and operational. Definitely saving the number for future HVAC needs.

Carlos came to my house about 3 weeks ago in the first week of July to evaluate what was wrong with my HVAC system. He took the time to explain in layman's terms what he found. What he found were mixed results, it still functioned but would trip my breaker when it got too hot. So, only warm air would come through and no air conditioning. We would reset and it would work again. He did not recommend to change the whole system because it still functioned. There was absolutely no pressure from him.
But my system was old and summer had just begun. I decided to change the whole system. Thank God!
Carlos and Tatiana were fantastic. They respected our home, kept it clean, and left our home spotless. At the end of a very long day, after all that backbreaking work, I couldn't believe my ears! Carlos was whistling in my basement! He came up to explain everything and was joking around with my 90 yr old father.
Carlos is kind, hard-working, and transparent. His expertise is beyond reproach. My air conditioning is working beautifully. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks now. Yes, lol, you could say I highly recommend him.

While our unit hung on for as long as it could, the time finally came to replace it (hey, 26 years is a good run right?).
Our experience with Carlos was exceptional. He was able to provide us with a quick and extremely fair quote - which was awesome because our rowhouse situation was a little complicated and required the use of a crane. He coordinated the logistics of the crane and the new unit, and the replacement was seamless. By the end of the day we had a brand new unit that is cooling our house to perfection.
Carlos is professional, kind, and communicative - everything you could ask for in a contractor. He is always willing to explain things to homeowners and let you know what's going on and what is needed. We cannot recommend him enough!
