Service was probably the worst I’ve had in a while. Our server essentially sat us, brought us water (which he didn’t refill once empty), forgot to give us utensils, and only brought us a drink menu after asking. Once we ordered food he never came back to our table to check on us, so we never got to order drinks. Once our food came, I was waiting on fries but after about 5 minutes I flagged down another waiter to ask about them, only to find out they were never added them to the order. Also, the tables around us hadn’t been cleared off and it was overall very dirty. I should mention that there was a party of about 12 or so people and another group of 3 people in there, so not too busy. At least the food that I received was okay.

This was my 6th time coming here, and I think it’s time to finally make a review.
I’m always left feeling full and satisfied. Customer service is always exceptional. I’ve come to become well acquainted with hostess Anh who greets me with a warm smile.
Food does sometimes come out a little slow, but it doesn’t beat the quality! Thank you to my usual server Olivia who makes sure I’m well taken care of!

My experience here was amazing! Me and my friends came here after a long shopping spree after the mall. Our server Olivia was very helpful and answer all our questions. The lychee sparkler was really good and I enjoyed the fried rice, but one thing that I didn’t really enjoy was boneless…. It was really dry, but other than that everything was great!

Bonchon is a great spot to dine in when you’re in Columbia, especially if you’re already at the mall. The fries are crispy and flavorful, the wings could be better in my opinion, the tacos are a solid choice, but the real star is the spicy chicken sandwich. It is packed with flavor and heat. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area!

Bonchon was recommended from a friend to try. The soy garlic in particular. I got the soy garlic wings and coleslaw.
Overall the food was ok. So much breading and not enough meat. Flavor was good and crunch was good. Coleslaw was fire 🔥 very creamy!
Coworkers went with drumsticks and fries with their food. Looked good and they enjoyed the hot spice.
Service was good at this location and it had a nice aesthetic inside with lots of natural light.
Doubt I would try Bonchon again unless a friend really wants to go. Overall the food isn’t “my jam”
