Service - 20 minutes for a single order of bulgogi bibimbap.
Atmosphere - Cozy.
Food - Too expensive for the portion of the food. Around $20 is a one and done for a small serving. Taste wise not bad. Their gochujang lacks flavour.

Dining at Bonchon is a delightful experience, known for its exceptional taste and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, but it's especially famous for its Korean-style fried chicken, which is crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite is a harmonious blend of savory and sweet, with a perfect balance of spices that makes it irresistible. Additionally, their japchae noodles are my favorite, perfectly complementing the other menu items with their unique flavor.
The ambiance at Bonchon is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The servers are really good, especially one lady named Sade, who is particularly sweet and welcoming. Whether you’re trying their signature wings, enjoying the japchae noodles, or exploring other menu options, Bonchon guarantees a satisfying and memorable dining experience.

We came here as a family a few days ago. There was ample seating. Overall the establishment seemed somewhat dirty. The floor was sticky, the tables needed resurfacing, the bathroom was fairly clean. It just feels like they cleaned somewhat but not all the way. The food was ok. They forgot my drink. Overall I would probably go to another location.

I recently visited Bobchon in Columbia, MD, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered the Bulgogi, which seriously lacked beef it was mostly vegetables, and for the price, I expected a lot more substance. The noodles served with it were bland and underwhelming, adding little to the overall dish.
I also tried the chicken sandwich, which was another letdown. The breading wouldn't even stay on the chicken, and the texture was off like it hadn't been cooked properly. To make matters worse, it arrived at the table a full 10 minutes after the Bulgogi, which threw off the whole meal.
Overall, the food quality and timing left a lot to be desired. I was expecting a much better experience based on the hype, but this visit definitely missed the mark.

Ordered soy garlic drumsticks for take-out. The meat was gamey and tasted warmed-over, seems like they used stale chicken to make the drumsticks. They used to be really good, not sure what happened to the quality
