Our water heater was broken and we found this company through Home Depot’s Services, they came the same day and did the quote immediately, we made an appointment for today, and they sent the Service Technician Alan, he arrived on time with an assistant (don’t remember his name) and they uninstalled the broken water heater and the exhaust lines; then they installed the new Water Heater and all the required equipment and pipes, the work was excellent and clean.

I was very pleased with my installation of my hot water heater. My technicians Allan and Cody were very friendly and professional. They were also very accommodating with the space in the house, and performed a cleaned job. Allan was very helpful with explaining the details of the install and offering helpful tips. I would recommend using them in the future.

About 2 weeks ago I woke up to my basement bathroom (toilet and shower) overflowing with water! And not clean water…it was nasty water! Such a horrible experience. Luckily we have a wet vac and we were able to stop the water and nothing was really damaged. This incident is actually my fault for not addressing it soon. We had similar issues in the past and would bandage it by snaking the drain but this time that did not work. So we had to call a plumber. I was referred to All Clear by my sister’s friend, who recently became a plumber himself but did not have the experience or proper equipment to help us. So we called All Clear and Brandon Anson came out for an emergency visit. We are so grateful that we got Brandon. He was so nice and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done to address the issue. It turns out the tree roots in the front yard had clogged/blocked the sewer line. The cost to fix this hit our wallet HARD! But it had to be done. We could no longer put it off. Brandon provided us with financing options which made it possible for us to get the work done. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, you always wonder if people are going to give you a fair price and do an honest job. Brandon made this process so easy and had such an honest and kind spirit, that it was easy to trust him. He explained everything very thoroughly and always kept us in the loop. He initially came out on Sunday and all the work was done in just a few day. I think by Wednesday or Thursday (I can’t remember lol). Which was amazing because it was such a major project. My whole family really appreciates you Brandon! It was a rough few days without being able to flush the toilets and use water like we would normally do. Thank you for your exceptional service and kind spirit. I didn’t get the names of all the workers that helped with our project but they were all great and very efficient. All Clear - you should be proud/grateful that you have such a amazing team! 100% recommend this company.

They did great work. We're selling our house and the inspector found a bunch of smaller issues that needed fixing. Brandon came out and took care of all of it in one visit, extremely helpful and effective. Would use again.

I had a plumbing issue occur and contacted All Clear Plumbing. They responded with a service visit on the same day of my request. Juan, my service person, not only inspected the areas of concern I inquired about, but also checked even more areas I did not initially mention. He provided great recommendations and fair estimates for the issues which gave me the relief I needed. He ended up replacing my garbage disposal (not on my initial list) at the last minute and did an outstanding job! The rate was very affordable and the work was satisfactory and professional. I would highly recommend All Clear Plumbing & Drain.
