I was looking for a last minute spa treatment and found availability for this location. The person who answered (Carey) was super high energy and was a please to talk too. The day before my appointment I tried calling numerous times and there was so ringing and then later that day it rang but no one answered. I had a few questions because I see I was already charged for my services but wasn’t sure how they accepted tips.
Isabella was my Massage Therapist and she was absolutely amazing. We had amazing conversations which made me happy because I’m a talker and I’m used to people who are mute so I choose to go to sleep. She was very gentle and applied the right amount of pressure and I am leaving feeling relaxed. My facial was absolutely amazing and she was extremely gentle and very mindful of my 39378383 piercings from my face to my ears.
I was a little scared after booking and reading some of the reviews but my experience was completely different. They were on time, thoughtful, and consistently checked on us throughout the entire service. When I come back in the future I’m definitely booking with Isabella again because she made me feel comfortable and I absolutely love her positive energy.

My husband booked me a Mother’s Day massage at The Beach House Spa, and it was such a wonderful experience! He mentioned that the owner, Kari, was incredibly kind and accommodating when he called to schedule. Every other spa was fully booked for Mother’s Day, but Kari went out of her way to work with him and make an appointment happen. He was so impressed with the customer service from the very beginning!
For my service, Izzy was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, attentive, and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. I mentioned a few areas where I had aches and tension, and she made sure to focus on those spots throughout the massage. I had the Turquoise Hot Stone Massage, and it was the perfect choice for maximum relaxation. I walked out feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated!
I would highly recommend the quaint and welcoming Beach House Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing spa experience!

I booked a couples massage here for my partner's birthday weekend and unfortunately left pretty disappointed.
First impressions: For the price, the experience fell short. There were no refreshments beyond a bottled water, and when we arrived there were trash bags piled right outside the front door — cleaning was happening during spa hours, which set an off-putting tone before we even walked in.
Massages: The massage therapists didn't appear to have clean, consistent uniforms, which felt unprofessional. Our massages ended 10 minutes early — I timed it. Most places use a gong or some signal to ensure you're getting the full time, but nothing like that here. On a more personal note, it was uncomfortable that my partner and I could feel his therapist's stomach rubbing against us while she moved around the room. That said, the massage itself was genuinely good and relaxing — it did work out muscle tension.
Facials: Unfortunately, these were a waste of money. I've had plenty of 30-minute facials, and this was by far the most expensive and least effective one. No extractions, barely any noticeable treatment — I walked out looking the same as I walked in. It honestly felt like just a face wash. The esthetician then went out of her way to ask for a tip, and her overall appearance didn't come across as professional.
Scheduling issues: Our original appointment was canceled an hour before, with the explanation that a masseuse called out sick. To make up for it, I was given two 30-minute facial vouchers. I tried scheduling them several times — online booking wasn't available, and calling was a headache (limited availability, hard to get someone on the phone). I eventually gave up trying to use the vouchers at all.

I booked a couples massage here yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I previously left a positive review after being told I would receive an extra 15 minutes added to my massage in exchange for posting a good review. However, this time our session started about 10 minutes late and ended approximately 15 minutes early — meaning we did not even receive a full hour, despite paying $350. About halfway through my massage, my therapist left the room without explanation to use the restroom. I completely understand that things happen, but no communication was given and that time also cut into the session I paid for. Additionally, the owner required payment upfront via Apple Cash and stated there would be no refunds. During the appointment, both massage therapists were whispering and laughing to each other, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Presentation and professionalism matter. One therapist was barefoot walking around the spa, and mine appeared to be dressed in sweatpants and a T-shirt. We were also rushed through client intake forms — we were asked if we were finished within about 30 seconds, and my boyfriend wasn’t even given a pen or clipboard to complete his form. We were told aromatherapy would be included, but the only “aromatherapy” provided was lavender oil rubbed on hands and held under my nose briefly at the beginning. I previously had a facial here last year with a very kind young esthetician at a reasonable price, which is why I returned. Sadly, this experience did not meet even basic professional standards, and I will not be returning.

I had to try The Beach House Spa since I love the beach and they use Dermilogica products which I really love too! I give my facial experience an 8 out of 10. The spa was in the process of changing locations on the day of my facial. I probably should've rescheduled, but I decided to keep the appointment since I was there. I probably would have had a more relaxing and much more pleasant experience if I had rescheduled after they had time to transition into the new space. The esthetician did leave me in the room a few times, and one of those times I thought she had forgotten about me. Other than that my facial was very through and one of the best I've had in a while. They were also offering an add on for a foot, or back treatment. I chose the back treatment which was worth it! I'll definitely will go back again.
