Went today for the first time. I booked a "relaxing massage," but I preferred deep pressure. My masseuse had no issue switching gears to give me the service I preferred (with an appropriate upcharge to the deep pressure rate). He was very response and asked me if I was comfortable at every step. After he had the correct pressure, he didn't bother me with further questions. Very experienced masseuse, and I am very grateful.
I added the hot stones and scalp treatment, and I recommend both. I haven't felt this good in a long time! Afterwards, there was time to recover in comfort and spend some time in the steam room. I didn't plan ahead to use the pool and hot tub areas, but they looked inviting when I viewed them. I hadn't planned on the staff being so welcoming since these days everyone tries to get you out the door.
PS - I called the hotel and, they told me to park in the garage. I should have called the spa first. The spa has parking validation for the valet at the hotel.

I was not very impressed with amenities. Staff appear to think you know your way around, I had to keep asking which way to go. I enjoyed the massage but the price was over the top. I don't think I would return. Perhaps this is better service to the Westgate Owners or those utilizing the hotel. What is the technician service charge? That fee wasn't explain to me. This was on overrated price and they had nothing to offer but tea and water for the people who didn't drink alcohol. I would suggest at lease a Vitamin D water. One more thing, I love kids but I would prefer not changing in front of them, especially little boys. Please do better Westgate for people not associated with your immediate owner privileges, our money is green too.

My massage was one of the best I've ever had! And the front desk girl was amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately, the facilities were not up to par for high end experience I was expecting. There were children in the change room, yelling and running around which I encountered after my relaxing massage which totally killed my relaxation. Also I felt the facility was not very clean. The hot tub and water spouts in the pool were covered in mold and made me just not want to go in. The steam room and sauna were nice, but the steam room is in the changing area, and I could hear the kids screaming from inside so again...not relaxing. With the service being as good as it was, there is room for potential here with some aesthetic improvement and limiting this area to adults only.

My service was fantastic, so no complaints there. A very calming experience!
The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine in it, however, that my eyes were burning. I couldn’t keep them open in the hot tub in particular, so unfortunately that experience was cut short.
4/5 stars. If your skin or eyes are not sensitive to chlorine then you’d probably have a nice time!

We spent the last day of vacation time at the Watergate. We had booked the Mother’s Day Brunch and a massage at the spa. The brunch was great and the massage was fantastic especially with all the driving we were doing. We did not have time to fully explore the spa in total but the staff was excellent and we would consider returning in the future.
