Carlos from C&V came out to service my HVAC unit on a short notice and was able to diagnose the issue and treat it correctly. My system was back up and running within an hour. While our unit hung on for as long as it could, the time finally came to replace it (hey, 26 years is a good run right?).
Our experience with Carlos was exceptional. He was able to provide us with a quick and extremely fair quote - which was awesome because our rowhouse situation was a little complicated and required the use of a crane. He coordinated the logistics of the crane and the new unit, and the replacement was seamless. By the end of the day we had a brand new unit that is cooling our house to perfection.
Carlos is professional, kind, and communicative - everything you could ask for in a contractor. He is always willing to explain things to homeowners and let you know what's going on and what is needed. We cannot recommend him enough!
