Nestor is the absolute best!!! We have a split zone system and the heat pump for upstairs (from 2004!) finally bit the dust. The downstairs heat pump and air handler was replaced 5 years ago through home warranty (which I have cancelled). I received 5 quotes from HVAC companies and from my perspective Nestor provided the best value estimate, excellent advice on determining our options, knowledge, strategic considerations given our existing other heat pump and solar panels, and MOST IMPORTANTLY I trusted him. Here’s a good example, when we realized the home warranty contractor didn’t install a new disconnect and surge protector on other heat pump Nestor said he would do that for me at no cost. That sealed the deal because it was clear he cares about his customers and is focused on building trusted relationships. The workmanship quality of Nestor and his team was excellent. I could not be more happy with the Bosch variable speed heat pump and the support I know I have from RA Home Services as the installer. I highly recommend this company!

If you want a thorough and honest professional to help with your HVAC needs, then Nestor at RA Services is who you want. I contacted Nestor once before to repair my ac unit .He let me know upfront that the capacitor being replaced may not be all that my unit required and it could possibly be the motherboard. I appreciated the transparency and heads-up to a possible bigger repair. He let me know the cost upfront before making the repair, and my unit worked with just the capacitor replacement. Until, a few months later when the current hellish heat wave hit. Gave Nestor a call and within 24 hours he was at my house. He took a look and surmised that it looked like the motherboard would have to be replaced ($600 just for the part). I thought that was the end of it but Nestor kept working at the unit like it was a puzzle he had to solve. Glory to God for blessing this man with his skill set, knowledge, and persistence because Nestor found the issue, which didn't involve an expensive repair at all! Come to find out that there were some switched wires in the utility box. He even educated me on taking better care of my system. I enthusiastically recommend you call RA with your HVAC needs!

Nestor and his crew replaced our HVAC system on the roof of our historic Mt. Pleasant home and after three other attempts by acclaimed HVAC companies, RA solved a major issue on our water heated radiator furnace system. They are true professionals who provide honest estimates and are extremely knowledgeable. Please do yourself a favor and call them ASAP! Trust me - and you can - you will be glad you did!

Nestor from RA HVAC helped us replace a ductless mini split in the basement of our house. He was very quick and professional. The installation was a breeze and well within reasonable price. He also installed a surge protector to prevent any damage to the main control board. I highly recommend RA HVAC for their promptness and professionalism. We are very happy with the new mini split and look forward to continuing our relationship with Nestor in the future for other heating/AC service needs!
