Wow! Arthur is amazing and most highly recommended. He came out to install a toilet and new bathroom vanity which also required some carpentry work which he handled with ease. His price was more than fair and he spent some time with my young adult son giving him advice on entering the trades. During his visit he pointed out a leaking / improperly installed water heater which he also fixed. Shortly after we had an issue with our sump pump which was filling constantly with water and I was worried about basement flooding. Arthur responded right away and came out at 11pm at night to fix that issue for us. I don’t think you will find anyone better.

Arthur was amazing. I sent a message late at night explaining the problem and he was there the very next morning. We needed work to repair leaks on our kitchen drain and hot water heater, and he had them both fixed that very day. On top of being knowledgeable and thorough, Arthur was just a pleasure to be around. He had no problem showing me how to fix problems in the future and explaining things in a way I would understand. I highly recommend him to anyone needing work done.

This contractor answered an early AM call and was nice/friendly on arrival, but my gut told me he was going to charge an arm and a leg (nice/friendly is not the same as good/honest), which was confirmed when he asked me what my husband does for a living. The first estimate to fix our water heater was $400, which increased to $850/900 several hours later, which totaled close to $1400 the next day. Turns out the first new part installed wasn't the problem, so another part had to be replaced. The contractor was on the phone for the majority of his time here, which I found odd - 40 yrs of experience and he needed someone to walk him through the repair? Seems he dragged the call out on purpose to wrack up his hourly ($200). Just because a repair needs to be done by a (an allegedly) licensed professional doesn't give said professional carte blanche to jack up the price based on our zip code, cars parked in the driveway, etc. We're not flush like that and it felt very much like we were taken advantage of. Will not be calling this company again. Also note this company is NOT BBB-accredited.
