I purchased a pizza on Saturday, 3-15-25. I honestly swear I received the wrong pizza. I called the store first and got no answer so I did as told by the Blaze Pizza phone number and l provided my issue via the phone number. I called the store again and talked to JD who told me to come in today for a new pizza. When I arrived, I told him who I was and he said oh you complained. He then called me a liar when I said I got the wrong pizza. I told him I have been in that store on several occasions, always treated the staff with friendliness and respect, tipped at least 20 percent and for him to call me a liar was unnecessary. Even though he offered me another pizza, which I declined after the fact that he called me a liar, his behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful as he questioned my integrity as a person for twelve dollars which is ludicrous. His customer service is lacking and his negative demeanor has to be costly to this organization. Imagine how many others he has mistreated that failed to report his behavior? I need for the franchise owner and or the District Manager to contact me. The ill treatment speaks volumes to me as a customer.

I came to Blaze today reluctantly because I don’t really eat pizza. I was greeted by the youthful staff here and energetic pizza makers named Jason and Franklin. Didn’t quite know what to get, so they suggested a build your own. Jason spun me up a “Jason Special” and I was so pleased with his blend that I’m making it my own. If you go to to the one in Laurel Md, ask for Jason and have a Jason Special. You’ll love it. Nice, clean pizza shop with energy! 😉

The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. They did mess up our order, but they made it right after what appeared to be some inter-staff confusion.
The pizza was good. The cheese bread was, well, cheese bread (not something I would get again). The meatballs in a bowl were also good.
The establishment was clean.
I would go here again for pizza, and their roasted garlic is really awesome if you're a garlic lover!

We were there with a party of 5, and all of us customized our pizzas, at that moment all the employees were very helpful but especially the one making the pizzas and the one charging the people. They understood about our food requirements like the light vegan cheese, all veggies, and for some the ordered gluten free crust. Oh my, the did an excellent job. We were very amazed and happy with the whole experience.

Fast, friendly service. Price point is correct for quality of product. Pizzas used to have a thicker crust, but flavor is still good. Plenty of toppings so you can essentially create any style of pizza you've desired, and size is appropriate for single serving. Plenty of varied seating but tables are bolted to floor. Can be problematic if sitting at booth with kids.
