Usually I have no issues, however yesterday seemed to lack attention to detail. The pizza had way too much sauce, the cheese and toppings slid off as soon as we picked up a slice. Also, the pizza was not cut properly… we had to cut it ourselves. I requested my wings be cooked well done and they were not. Finally, I requested no contact delivery and the driver banged on my door to hand it to me directly. I’m not sure if it’s a weekend issue, as I normally order on weekdays. The upside is the food tasted fine.

Management rude and refusing to come to phone but yelling at employee what to say. Food looks tampered with and it’s undercooked but also burnt. Wings came with zero sauce, they came back to replace and the wings were so lightly sauced they were practically still naked. Must be new management. We’ve never had a problem at this location and tonight, they lost loyal consumers because of how nasty that manager was and how the employee was treated.

Staff and delivery driver was good professional and happy vibes. I ordered a delayed or timed delivery order on the website and it didn’t go through at the end with the timed delivery for 715pm. An hour before it was supposed to arrive I received a notfication saying my order was on its way so I called and they took care of it and delayed it for me. When I received my order at 725pm my food was warm but everything is like cardboard. The label on the box sealing it shut says 5:53, so they just kept heating my order for an hour before sending it to me. It’s inedible at this point. Waste of 50$!! Can’t even separate the stuffed crust without the crust ripping off.

Order took almost two hours on a regular Thursday night. No call to explain, and even after they said “it’s leaving the store now”, it was another half an hour before it even showed it was out for delivery. This was a full hour after the status changed from “baking” to “preparing”, so who knows what the quality will be. Ridiculous. Just be honest about the timing and communicate if it’s going to be late. People have families to feed.

It’s with genuine disappointment that I write this review, as I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for quite some time and have always appreciated their quality service, food, and convenient drive-through. Unfortunately, my most recent experience this past weekend was unacceptable. My order arrived incomplete, and despite my immediate call to the store, no effort was made to resolve the issue.
While weekday staff and drivers have always been reliable and courteous, it’s clear that the weekend team lacks that same level of care and accountability. The driver seemed confused when handing me a partial order, and the store claimed they would correct it once the driver returned—yet nothing was ever done. To make matters worse, the food that did arrive was smashed together and nearly inedible, as though it had been transported vertically during delivery.
After submitting a customer service complaint, I only received an automated response from corporate promising that they “strive for best-in-class service.” Several follow-up emails to the listed representative, Casey Beall, have gone unanswered. Until this issue is addressed, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this location has the potential to regain the level of service that once set it apart.
