Usually I have no issues, however yesterday seemed to lack attention to detail. The pizza had way too much sauce, the cheese and toppings slid off as soon as we picked up a slice. Also, the pizza was not cut properly… we had to cut it ourselves. I requested my wings be cooked well done and they were not. Finally, I requested no contact delivery and the driver banged on my door to hand it to me directly. I’m not sure if it’s a weekend issue, as I normally order on weekdays. The upside is the food tasted fine.

Staff and delivery driver was good professional and happy vibes. I ordered a delayed or timed delivery order on the website and it didn’t go through at the end with the timed delivery for 715pm. An hour before it was supposed to arrive I received a notfication saying my order was on its way so I called and they took care of it and delayed it for me. When I received my order at 725pm my food was warm but everything is like cardboard. The label on the box sealing it shut says 5:53, so they just kept heating my order for an hour before sending it to me. It’s inedible at this point. Waste of 50$!! Can’t even separate the stuffed crust without the crust ripping off.

Ordered delivery. Food arrived cold. Delivery driver didn't have a warmer for the food. Status of the papa john tracker was wrong. Apparently the driver hit the wrong button as we waited another 10 min for our delivery to arrive. Called the store, "manager" was rude and too "busy" to have a quick conversation. Will not order from again.

Management rude and refusing to come to phone but yelling at employee what to say. Food looks tampered with and it’s undercooked but also burnt. Wings came with zero sauce, they came back to replace and the wings were so lightly sauced they were practically still naked. Must be new management. We’ve never had a problem at this location and tonight, they lost loyal consumers because of how nasty that manager was and how the employee was treated.

As a mother to a newborn, I never thought I’d have to explain why my sleep deprivation might cause me to make a simple mistake! In my exhaustion I placed an online order for a stuffed crust pizza — our usual and the only pizza my two elementary schoolers love more than homemade pizza — but my finger must not have pressed the crust option firmly enough and I submitted the order without realizing my folly. I explained to the associate at the front that this was my mistake and I was certainly willing to pay the difference for a stuffed crust pizza, but would they please be understanding of my error and bake the pie as I intended. Not only did the manager Mary/Martha not make the simple allowance that I acknowledged fault to, but she made one of her associates tell me while standing in the corner as if I could not see or hear her speaking! Absolutely unbelievable. As a customer service expert of 10+ years, this isn’t how we maintain customer engagement and reinforce loyalty. As much as this location has accepted my family and friends’ patronage, I will be telling them all about how incredibly dismissive and callous the management here actually is. You’ll take my money all day, but you won’t make a singular exception out of understanding for the mistakes a tired and hardworking mother might be? Incredible!
