I was greeted immediately and offered a menu with coupons for special offers. I ordered the foot long chicken & cheese steak sub for $13.77, and it was bland. I could not taste my fried onions. It had a few diced tomatoes that did not add any flavor, and they only gave me a few pickles. The chicken looked like shredded steak. Overall, I did not enjoy eating it. The place is small, so it is not meant for a family outing.

I had a very good experience here! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Sometimes I get delivery, and the food always arrives very fast. Other times I call ahead for pickup, and they always have my food ready on time. The staff speak English, Spanish, and even Arabic, which makes communication very easy. I’ve ordered many pizzas here, and every time the service is excellent. They even come outside to put the pizza in my car, which is so helpful. Highly recommended!

This place is hit or miss. I have ordered a bunch of times and the past few months have been terrible. Whoever is in the kitchen needs to be fired. My subway was soggy, missing toppings and not toasted as requested. Also, DO NOT ORDER AFTER 6pm. That seems to be when they just stop caring. I can say I won’t be ordering from them anymore. If I do eat at THIS location it would only be bc my father has some at his house.
I recommend going outside of Laurel quality pizza boils.

Hello i just order at 10:35pm im just getting my order at 11:47pm and i live 5mins from the place. customer service sucks. The man was trying to rush us off the phone talking about the driver. Be here 3 minutes then get the food fries was soggy and onion rings was soft chicken fried to hard this my second time order from them and will b my last

I had the most terrible experience at this restaurant because of the terrible customer service. I called to place an order and was confirming that they had the toppings I wanted before I ordered a sub. The man was incredibly rude and sarcastic, saying things like, “Of course we have, we’re a…” It was very condescending and unprofessional.
I politely asked him why he was being so passive-aggressive, but he yelled at me and said it wasn’t him; it was the automated system that took my order. I knew that wasn’t the case, but he was still yelling at me. I hung up because I no longer wanted to deal with him.
To make matters worse, he called me back to finish his point, instead of apologizing for his rude tone. He called to argue some more and then told me to be quiet and listen to him. I hung up because I was no longer interested in the order, but the fact that he was called several times and yelled at me really bothered me. I felt threatened and disrespected.
These men who work here are extremely rude, unhygienic, and disrespectful.
