Ordered a thin crust pizza on 10/19. It was the worse I’ve had from them. The toppings were nearly invisible and could barely taste them. I feel they wronged us in our request for extra cheese. And for some reason, they stopped using sauce. The pizza was cold and dry and took a hour to arrive; I am less than 10 minutes from the store. That pizza should have been hot, I won’t make the mistake of ordering papa John’s pizza again. 🤢🤮

I ordered a pizza online, didn’t come for close to 2 hours. During this time, I called the store about 3 times, once they told me the driver would be with me “shortly,” and that there was a delay. I then called again and I had someone answer who was extremely rude to me and asked if I could hold just to never answer. Once I received my food it was cold and just bad. The customer service is terrible and so is their delivery tracking service.

The service is very bad; when you order online, they charge you for things they never send you. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life.

At first I thought it was a mistake but they allowed this to be delivered, its supposed to look flat and pie-like but its just a bunch of crumbles.. I also ordered the chicken parmesean bites and the marinara sauce was spilled everywhere.

Horrible experience. My large 3 topping pizza crust was missing. Mike spoke to general manager and 2 additional staff over open pizza box. Another customer did not pay for spinach on their pizza but said they asked for that originally. Although they were not charged for pizza Mike gave them their pizza free. When I asked if I could get mine for free he said no because they were waiting longer. I ordered my food online. He offered to take $3 off of my large pizza. I never experienced this type of service before. The customer service is terrible here in New Carrollton, MD.
