Just ordered a large stuffed crust PEPPERONI LOVERS with added extra cupped PEPPERONI and extra cheese this is what I got. I payed almost 3 dollars more for extra pepperoni on a already PEPPERONI LOVERS and got this joke of a pizza this looks like a regular amount of pepperoni to me and regular cheese too. Why am I paying extra for this?

This place has improved and I had to take the time to report on it. I ordered a pan crust and they made it look like the pics they advertise. The service is somewhat improving but the pizza is perfection

I haven’t eaten from Pizza Hut in years, but a family member recently spoke highly of how much the food has improved (not this specific location just the brand in general). A few nights ago I decided to give this location a try again, and to my surprise the food was actually pretty good. Because of that, I decided to treat my family to Pizza Hut again tonight… and unfortunately it was a completely different experience.
Whoever made my order this time did not follow the directions I included with my online order, and the pizza itself tasted stale almost like it had been sitting out for hours. I spent almost $80 on dinner, and the vast majority of it ended up in the trash. I don’t have the luxury of spending that kind of money on takeout often, so it was truly upsetting to feel like it was money down the drain.
It’s experiences like this that remind me why I stepped away from Pizza Hut in the first place. The inconsistency of the franchise coupled with the inconsistency at this location is really disappointing. I used to love Pizza Hut as a kid. Now I’m $80 poorer… and still have hungry teenagers to feed. Sigh.

On 8/28 around 5:30 i placed an order for carry out. this was my first time ordering from this location since i just moved into the area and was only 4 minutes away from where i live. when i got to the store, i stood in front of the counter and both employees were talking to each other and it took about a minute for them to assist me. i’ve worked at dominos before and our customers were always our priority. it doesn’t matter what type of conversation you’re having, you always assist the customer asap. on top of that, when i got home i noticed that some slices were bigger than the other. it was very poorly cut, when we would reach to grab a slice would have to rip it apart 👎 what really bothered me was the fact that our supreme was not only poorly cut but one side of the pizza was poorly cooked and seemed like they pulled it out the oven too early. i wasn’t going to feed it to my kids knowing it could get them sick. first time ordering was not such a good experience. please work on these issues and please your customers with better care 😕

I will rate this pizza hut location a 5 star, the manager was very graceful in his communication, the staffs are so dedicated to their work, very clean environment, no noise and They always get my orders right. My 4 boys love pizza and we eat pizza every Friday. Thank you for your good work.
