I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut at 9119 Annapolis Road. The staff was courteous and made sure my order was accurate and ready on time. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were FRESH. The wings were also perfectly cooked. The store was clean and well-managed, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Pizza Hut was a great experience! The cozy ambiance, clean space, and friendly service made it a perfect spot to unwind. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and served hot especially the cheesy stuffed crust. With a variety of tasty options and a welcoming vibe, I’ll definitely be back soon!

On 8/28 around 5:30 i placed an order for carry out. this was my first time ordering from this location since i just moved into the area and was only 4 minutes away from where i live. when i got to the store, i stood in front of the counter and both employees were talking to each other and it took about a minute for them to assist me. i’ve worked at dominos before and our customers were always our priority. it doesn’t matter what type of conversation you’re having, you always assist the customer asap. on top of that, when i got home i noticed that some slices were bigger than the other. it was very poorly cut, when we would reach to grab a slice would have to rip it apart 👎 what really bothered me was the fact that our supreme was not only poorly cut but one side of the pizza was poorly cooked and seemed like they pulled it out the oven too early. i wasn’t going to feed it to my kids knowing it could get them sick. first time ordering was not such a good experience. please work on these issues and please your customers with better care 😕

The customer service at this location is excellent, they made sure I got the right order, even when it wasn't hot, they made a new one for me. The place is super clean and the staffs look well kept. I will recommend this location any time.

Pizza Hut on 9119 Annapolis Rd. New management on site and it's been really good. The pizza is cooked well done and as asked. The new manager and the staff is a breath of fresh air.
I always get the medium and or large meat lovers and they have cooked to perfection each time!
