I usually order from Pizza Bolis, but after being convinced by my family to switch it up, we ordered from here. And boy, after seeing the initial reviews, I was kinda nervous but the pizza was surprisingly good. It was hot, the ingredients and dough felt fresh and the delivery was very quick. The only drawback were the wings. Their wings are very tiny but I'd chalk it up to a supply issue. Good deals and good prices.

Why are the workers vaping inside a food establishment? There’s a literal sign that says no smoking or electronic smoking devices. On top of that completely ignored me and took other customers even though I was waiting for pick-up. I waited 20 minutes (placed an order 20 minutes prior) and a boy told me they’re remaking it but it’s the same boxes that were waiting the moment I arrived. But they didn’t want to speak to me until I had to yell “excuse me” louder than the other times. But the smoking is just a health-code violation. Please get that kid fired.

I ordered a pizza on line, a large New York style pizza with pepperoni, pineapple and onion. It was the worst pizza ever. There was hardley any sauce cheese or toppings. I actually counted 9 pepperoni on the whole thing. It was Easter and never again.

I am sorry, I love Papa John's it's just this particular location is horrible. Every time I go, something is wrong. Two different times I ordered online and when I went to go pick it up they said they never got an order. The last time I went there they served us raw pizza, the dough was uncooked (photos). The only reason I tried this place so many times is because I love Papa John's and this is the closest one to my house. The staff there is lazy and I will not go there again.

The food can be good if it's made properly. I've ordered here three times, once my pizza was missing a topping, another time the garlic knots were severely burnt, and once the order was good. Below is a picture of their interpretation of a half pepperoni, half black olive pizza. I'll also add that while in their store I've watched employees intentionally neglect customer calls and tell other employees not to pick up the phone. That being said, when I am in the store and interact with the employees they have always been extremely polite and friendly to speak to.
