I ordered pizza recently and aside from the amount of time it took to place my order (one station for walk-ins and one for online) my pizza was too burnt to finish. This happened right after I became a rewards member. I spent $40 on pizza and each was burnt. Advice: check the boxes before you leave.

First time trying MOD Pizza and using their online ordering service, which was quick and easy. I Loved the fact that Mod’s Pizza crust is vegan friendly! They do offer vegan/vegetarian-friendly toppings. We ordered two types of pizzas. We ordered the 11” pizza with grilled chicken, cheese, roasted corn, mozzarella, tomato slices and tomato sauce. The 6” pizza was the vegan-friendly pizza, which we ordered with roasted broccoli, red onions, mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers, basil, arugula, rosemary, spinach, olive oil, garlic rub and tomato sauce. We requested our pizza to be cooked light bake, which offered just enough crisps to the edges. Anything more would have been crispy, if that’s your desired pizza texture. All in all, our pizza’s came out good and we enjoyed every bite. I would definitely recommend visiting this establishment.

First time at this location. Love that they had a kids meal option now. The person making my pizza didn't know how to make the advertised mod pizza. But the pizza was delicious still. Personally I like pizza crust rather than flat crust so I personally probably wouldn't get pizza here again but my kid loved it so we will probably be back.
The no name cake is good and I like that they have a reward program. Their juices and lemonade is tasty.

I ordered two pizzas through the MOD app at 6:30pm on a Monday and the app stated that my food would be ready for pickup at 6:45pm. When I arrived at the store after my pickup time, I was told that it would take a couple minutes for my order. No problem. I then proceeded to wait for my food to be STARTED. It took 30 additional minutes for my name to called to retrieve my order and when I got to the pickup counter only one of my pizzas was made. The young man behind the counter apologized and then told me that my second pizza would be coming up shortly. The only issue with that was that they had not even started to make the second pizza. I remained calm and proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes for my second pizza to be ready. When my name was called for the second time, I was handed the now cold pizza that was originally made and to my surprise they remade that same pizza instead of the actual pizza my order was missing. After waiting for an hour, I left with a refund and no pizza. Do not go here if you’re in a hurry or don’t have over an hour to waste.

Only giving 3 stars because of the size of the "Family Size" Mega Cesar Salad. I doin't know what family that they think that it serves, but it was no more than what one would get for an entree salad for one - no way that it could be shared as a side salad for a family - much less 2 people. There were more croutons than lettuce in the salad. If that was family-size, I'd hate to see how small the side salad is!
