They got your usual roadside food truck setup, some benches to sit at and not much parking nearby since it's a residential area--you either have to duck into the shopping center lot or just by the curb. In terms of food we had carne asada and al pastor tacos, an order of 1 pork and cheese pupusa, and a drink. The truck appears to be run by a young lady and and older gentleman, maybe family run, and the service is quick. When we were there the lady forgot to make our pupusa and she quickly apologized and offered to make it for us on the spot. When it came out we opened it and saw an extra pupusa that we didn't pay for. Because they owned up to their mistake, we thanked them for their generosity and gave them an extra tip. They have great manners and customer service, I only wish maybe I could help pay for new benches because the one we used was super slanted and I was afraid our drink would slide off the table. I would go here again if I was running errands in the area, the prices are fair and the people are friendly. All the food was delicious too and the pupusas even made great leftovers. Highly recommend these good people.

The food is ABSOLUTELY amazing, I've lived at The Timbers for months and have just now tried this food truck. All I can say is, I should've tried it sooner! Food amazing, service is quick and personable. A very short wait for the food (10 minutes), which came out hot and fresh. I'll definitely be coming back to try more options. I got the 3 Mexican tacos for $10 and the Carne Asada plate, and I am beyond blow away by the portion sizes, flavors, etc.

I ordered 3 tongue tacos which were good. However, I didn't get any salsa verde or spicy red sauce. It came with a lime and onions/cilantro. I would get those again even if they don't come with sauce.
The pupusas revueltas were terrible! It's all bean and a little tiny specks of cheese.
I was expecting a tasty revuelta with Pork, Cheese, and some bean but not FULLY ALL BEAN. I bought two of those and both of them were the same. Do not get the pupusas. The curtido is also kind of weird and not like ones I've had before. It's kind of sweet.
I'm coming back here for tacos but I'm now hesitant about their other foods.

Saw this on google maps and the reviews looked good and I wanted some Mexican food. My husband and I went and it’s a food truck on the side of an apartment complex, but don’t let looks deceive you, the food is amazing. The woman taking orders was nice and friendly; the menu is a little overwhelming and I ultimately decided to go with the Tacos Mexicanos. There are a few picnic tables with umbrellas, but it was raining so we waited in the car and our order was ready in less than ten minutes. We took it to go to a nearby brewery that allows outside food. The order was packed with napkins and utensils and as soon as I opened the bag I could smell the cilantro and it smelled amazing. I got three tacos with carnitas and a side of salsa and a couple lime wedges. The tacos were so delicious and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Great flavor! First time visiting this food truck and I so glad I did. Their food is great. We got the quesadilla and torta and they were amazing. Careful with the sauce it’s a little hot. Authentic.
