Chance and the rest of the employees ALWAYS go above and beyond! Everyone is so kind and helpful! As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted with hellos and smiles! They all were extremely knowledgable, patient and helpful! and the food here is the BEST!! I’ve had shake shack in NY, DC etc but this Columbia, MD location tastes so much better!! Always fresh and delicious! It’s like much needed home cooking and perfect comfort food…not only the best restaurant but the best shake shack location!! :)

The food here is great. While expensive, I am ok paying a premium for consistent food and service than saving a few bucks at other similar establishments with lower quality food and poor service. I was not a fan of the Korean menu (chicken bites, chicken sandwich and burger flavors), but highly recommend the BBQ menu. The BBQ burger and rib sandwiches are delicious. I also enjoyed their Shack burger.

Pretty good smash burger. I had the cheapest version with everything on it. Definitely greasy, but pretty well balanced.

Wow, I have not been so disappointed in a location in so long. This place is a disaster. Literally no one manning the counter, totally backed up using the stupid kiosks to order. The people that are supposed to bring your dine-in order just call your name a couple of times and then disregard the order all together (there are people, including me,that were sitting outside with our number just waiting for our food). It took literally FOREVER to get the order finished, I’m talking like 25 mins or more (this is not they type of establishment, if I wanted to wait 25 mins I would’ve gone to a restaurant). The cleanliness of the kitchen was gross. Staff members were wearing cloves but than processed to touch everything with their gloves and then handle food. I will never revisit this location.

From Vancouver Canada. Soooo jealous we don't have Shake shack. It was the best fast food burger I ever had. Tops a lot of fancy burger places too. Everthing meshed well together. Everything. Service, speed, taste. Ate alone in my car saying MMMM after every bite. Well done. BRING SHAKE SHACK TO VANCOUVER!
